Being that I have a 2010 MKT is the sync 4.4 the correct update I should be installing? Sorry for the noob question and so late.

Do you have the 4.4 file? I have 4.6 and my Siri does not work anylonger. You seem to be the only one that has this file still. zachcbarrett @ yahoo.com

Hello SGilbert,
Yesterday I decided to update my SYNC in my 2010 Mercury Milan with Navigation and Now I can't get my bluetooth working correctly?
I installed this version: DE8T-14D544-AD (I think this is 4.6)
Any chance you have a version that will work for me? 4.4?

The 4.6 that I have is called: DR3T-14D544-AG
I also have 4.4.1 called: Gen1v441buildEE2824updatefromv3263packageRev2
I have no idea whether these would work on your Mercury, but you may have either if you want.

I guess I'm not sure if I should try installing your 4.4 or not. Let me give you the details:
My 2010 Milan is Hybrid also! It has touch screen, single CD, Navigation, Voice Commands.
it was on original software and my bluetooth would connect and work like it supposed to. but it would not display the song information form my phone.
Now after update I have to click on 2 screens and select BT mode to get my phone to work in the car. Default to Line In is terrible programming. It did fix the song info on the screen, but now it is a pain to mess with every time I get in my car.
I drive it for Uber, so it is really annoying.
I have searched all over the web and can not find a solution to download older version to fix both my problems. Lots of info for 2013+, but nothing much for 2010-2012
If your file is not compatible will my car tell me or will it just break it?

Any chance I can get DE8T-14D544-AC.zip from you? Trying to downgrade from 4.6 to restore Siri functionality.
