MSFT Sync 4.4 download file

I’m confused. Ok the dealer told me I would need a usb hub change. I’m attaching this from the Lincoln website as it is saying sync 3 with software greater than v2. Mine is sync 3 w/ v3 software. Anyone help me out here. Much thanks B. IMG_4233.webp
