Town Car Photo Gallery

Neat license plate. In Texas 7 characters is the maximum, and to get 7 costs a LOT more than 6, which isn't cheap.

wow you guys have really nice colors and one designer series this is awesome nice thread here is mine a 1999 just a click under the last century.Hope you all enjoy fully loaded i just got it three months ago 49,800 miles one owner babied.Doing paint correction starting this weekend. These pictures were the day i picked her up.went on a ferry from connecticut to long island the couple drove a half hour to bring her to me.nice people.
That's a gorgeous one! I find them exquisite in dark green.

Here are some pics of my 2004 Signature in Light Tundra that I bought 3 months ago for $1700. The car has 237k on it everything works (even the air suspension), and it drives like it has about 30K. I have a little work to do to it, mostly maintenance items and to seal up a few fluid leaks, but overall it's a strong running and driving car. These are pics after I gave it a really good detail and the last pic is after I changed the gauge lights to LED's. I love driving this Town Car!

Great looking ride! You able to detail at all how you did the instrument cluster?

My documented, one owner (before me), 54,000 mile, 1985 Base Series Town Car with several Options originally ordered. I bought this in October of 2015. It had always been garaged, none of the ash trays or lighters have ever been used, and it has the original, unused spare tire. Most everything in "like new" condition. Now if only I could find a new "Tire Information" sticker, as mine has "Bubbled" over the years.

Thought I'd take the liberty to pay homage to my (now defunct) 2000 Town Car Executive. At the time I purchased the car, it had 353K miles of severe NYC taxi use on its original engine and had been titled close 30 times. I didn't want the car at first but when I saw it had 353K, I simply had to have it. I drove it until it had 378K, when it was lost it in a collision. I wanted the car repaired but the insurance company totaled it . The left rear chassis rail was bent from the impact.

Unequivocally the best daily driver I ever had. Wish I could have kept that engine and put it in another body.

Thanks! The cluster was pretty straight forward replacing the bulbs to LED's but it was harder getting out the cluster. I only replaced the bulbs with LED's for the temp and fuel gauge and the speedo. There are 5 LED bulbs total that I replaced, 3 for the speedo, and one each for the temp and fuel gauge. I pretty much just removed the old bulbs and sockets and replaced them with the LED's and the ones I got came with sockets. They are plug n play. You just have to make sure the polarity's are correct. If they don't work on way, just switch them around.

This is my 1999 Lincoln Town Car Executive. I bought her 3 yrs ago with 198,000 miles. I was a very skeptical buying a car with this many miles on it, but she was well taken car of by the last and only owner. She was delivered to Deland Lincoln Mercury in Deland, FL and has spent her entire life in FL.IMG_20181117_101540.webpLincoln Town Car.webp

Wow gorgeous! As a '98-02 fan, I must say you don't see too many this clean.

Thank you all! I also love the '98-'02 body style. I'm amazed at the durability and reliability of these cars! I did have the upper and lower control arms with new shocks done 2 yrs ago and a new battery last year and that's about it. The rear air suspension was already converted.

I also installed a factory dual exhaust, Fram Air Hog air filter and a non-baffle straight air intake.

I like your headlights too. The absence of amber makes them well integrated into the body lines and adds a nice touch of elegance.

Can you explain the non-baffle straight air intake. Photos would be great.
Thanks

Here is my 1987 Lincoln Town Car Signature. It currently has 91,000 miles. Love the ride of this better than my 2013 Lincoln MKS . Will be posting that one soon.

2006 'Designer Series', fully optioned. Only 46k miles. Had to drive over 300 miles to get it, but when I saw it advertised, I didn't hesitate. Marti Report says there was only 40 of this model and color combo made that year. It's definitely a keeper...View attachment 5456
