No I`m not using the PAAK on my truck I never even set it up. Last week I was sitting in the garage next to my truck and the Lincoln Embrace was going nuts it opened the boards and turned the lights on about 8 times in a 30 minute time frame.The remote was sitting with me on the table and it just kept acting up.Also my 2021 never in the 2 years that I had it do this either.
Call 888 214 2155 Lincoln Concierge in Detroit they are available 24 hours a day for anyone having issues with their vehicle. This is safety issue that Lincoln has to fix. Some say why hmm say for instance of you are like my wife and myself, we rely on the running boards to get in and out and if open your door and not looking for them you will fall flat on your knees or face and it has happened. Lincoln Motor in Detroit will contact the nearest dealer on your behalf and open up a history for future reference just in case of a recall for safety concern.
Yes I am 61 years old and do rely on the boards to function normally and I will call in to complain about this safety issue. Also my wife is 65 and she needs the boards to function normally!

I expected it to work as designed, it obviously was not and it has not done it since.

Thank you! This is a huge issue. I am disabled and I have a 3 year old. Without the running boards i and she cannot enter the car. Also twice once when I was on them and my daughter was on them they retracted without warning! We both fell and luckily didn’t hurt ourselves too badly.Here it is:
