The boss literally hates the Aviator so I am running out of time. It's a very comfortable car (seats/air suspension/etc.) but the tech is horrendous. PAAK worked fine on both of our phones, but it would never return her to the proper seating position. I noticed that my profile disappeared recently even though everything else worked fine. I created my profile and it would disappear every time I started the car. Lastly, the screen would randomly go black and/or the navigation would not load. She had enough so I performed a hard reset which resulted in a black screen for 15-20 minutes until it finally started up. I was able to create a profile and it would save as expected. But, I noticed it would not save my profile to my phone AND key. I believe this was due to PAAK configuration being removed. I deleted the profile and went through the process and EVERY single time I set up PAAK, the app would error w/ pairing failure. I spent 45 minutes with Lincoln Support via phone and performed the following:
Hard reset
Rebooted iPhone
Remove Aviator from bluetooth
Removed phones from Aviator bluetooth list
Reinstalled the Lincoln app
Updated to latest 3.4.3188 version
Same pairing error over and over. Lincoln Support said the latest version would fix all of this. It didn't.
