Open Letter to Lincoln - How I'd Improve the Navigator

Have had our 2025 black label for a month. Discovered you discontinued the park assist last year and open on approach does not work. These are two features that should be on a high-end car and work properly. Shades for rear seats would be nice to have. Top price should have top features.

I second this comment about ride quality and cabin quietness. I bought top of the line navigator (Black label L) costing over $130K . Driven very low 10K miles in last 2.5 years and the interior rattles and squeaks and makes all sorts of noises like a 10 year old vehicle. This is not expected of a flagship top of the line model and is very disappointing. Sending it to the dealer today in hopes they will be able to adjust / tighten body panels and trims in the cabin to make the rattling noises go away. As comparison my 7 year old 7 passenger Audi Q7 is still very quiet and has no rattles inside the cabin. I hope this post is being read and taken seriously.

Ride quality of the 2025 Navi feels like a skateboard down the road. This “luxury” SUV sports luxury pricing but has terrible noise, vibration and harshness coming through the cabin and steering wheel on every single road.

It’s very unnerving to watch the steering wheel when the Blue Cruise is on… seeing how bad it shakes, makes you realize just how much you have to try and control it in day to day driving.

My wife’s 24 Escalade has a much better ride thanks to the air suspension and my 2019 Explorer rode much better as well.

Ford engineers obviously either didn’t benchmark it before rolling it out, or don’t have any of them using one as a daily driver … or worse yet, didn’t care when they put out a 6 figure luxury SUV that has such a horrible and busy ride 🤔

Always bought Ford and enjoyed them … however, after buying this skateboard on wheels, I will be looking at other brands next time. Brand loyalty is one thing, but buying something just because it’s a Ford (Lincoln) won’t happen again without shopping around.
