Love to see pics of your Nautilus (combinations) especially if you personalized it with some eye candy!

I finally received Vger yesterday. 2024 Nautilus Black Label FHEV in White Platinum Tricoat with Redwood interior. Here are some photos along with a few blings I have added. I'm not certain if I will continue to use the Belkin MagSafe car charger or not. It is vent mounted but the location of the vents and how the dash protrudes around them may not make this a viable choice. I had been using it in my Corsair with no issues.

I got the cargo & mat package. The cargo net was missing so the dealer is having it shipped to my home.

I got the back of the seat convenience hooks from Amazon. They are high quality with leather wrapped around metal. They easily hook around the headrest posts.

My front and rear dash cam has yet to be installed. They didn't have it done in time for my pick up and I was too anxious to get my vehicle to wait 2 or 3 more days. That will be scheduled on Monday with a loaner for my convenience.

They did an excellent job installing the tow hitch. Contrary to some other posts, they did not have to remove the entire rear bumper to install it. I had the hitch cover that I had purchased from Amazon from an authorized Lincoln retailer. It has a lifetime warranty that they have honored.

Looks really Nice! Could you post the link for the back of seat hooks you bought?

Red, took me too long to respond to your post. I've been waiting to see this beauty and I'm not disappointed. The redwood interior is awesome. The suede inserts are not for me, but I understand that the white alternative is not for everyone either. Black Label cars are such a choice of the heart and not the head. Can't justify the price, but if you can swing the dough, the small touches put such a smile on my face.

I love all the personal add-ons. I use the Belkin vent-mount charger in my M4 (pic below). I love it and it works great there. I considered it for the Nautilus, but I couldn't live with the dangling cord.

You mentioned seat convenience hooks but I was unable to see them. Did I miss them, or could you post a better pic?

Great choice! Live long and prosper my friend.

It’s photo 9 for the seat hooks.

So far, I’m loving my choice of interior. Ironically, when we picked up our vehicle there was another Black Label sitting next to it to be delivered to a customer later that day. It was also White Platinum with the Chalet interior. Looking at that confirmed my decision for the Redwood was right for me.

Over a month with it now, hadn't posted a pic yet. Best I have right now.

Got my dash cams installed this past week. I am very pleased with how my dealership did the installation. They took extra time to avoid removing any panels to thread the cable from the rear dash cam to the main unit in the front. The sales manager didn't charge me for the installation and gave me a 2021 BL Nautilus vehicle to drive for the day. It had been an engineering test vehicle and only had 563 miles on it. I was also told that if I purchased gas for that vehicle to bring the receipt and they would reimburse me. I can say the 2021 was nice but it isn't anything compared to the 2024.

The video is very high quality and overall I am pleased. There are a few minor irritations and this may be me never having had a dash cam before. When the vehicle is started there is an audible message that video recording has started and I'm good with that. The second message states to connect to a smart phone using the WiFi that begins with Thinkware. The only reason to connect the phone to the WiFi is to view the videos. The link between the dash cam and the smart phone is severed after a few minutes. I assume this is to preserve the vehicle 12V battery.

I am still learning about how it operates as there isn't a lot of documentation.

This dashcam will record if there are any impacts while the vehicle is parked and has a setting for night time recording as well.

Atten: Red Honcho,

Sorry I did not get back sooner with the interest you have in verifying the fit of the 2023 Naut. Bumper Protector (KA1Z-17B807-B) on a 2024 Naut. Bumper. My wife broke her fibula, been busy!

I can send you a template copy. Or, the attached pics might suffice! Let me know.
I kept you in mind when visiting my Lincoln Dealer for my first OFC. I brought the Protector with me to overlay it on a 2024 Naut. that was in the showroom.
With my salesman’s (er…Client Advisor’s) permission, he allowed my buddy to set up & photograph the attached pics while I dealt with the service dept. Special thanks to my pal Billy for this fantastic photoshoot. I am impressed with the results!

Photo 1 is the bumper protector within the template laid out over my 2023 Naut. bumper
Photo 2 is the bumper protector within the template laid out over the 2024 Naut. bumper
Photos 3, 4 & 5 are center, left side & right side close up pics as above on the 2024 Naut.

While it appears the protector will fit somewhat OK on the 2024 bumper, two things I notice: While the end to end (length) of the protector appears to be OK, The arc of the 2024 bumper is a bit different (more curved) than on the 2023 model. It has a bit more of an arc to it. As you can see in the photos, with the template applied over the 2024 Naut. bumper, you have more of a gap along the outer center of the bumper than along the outer R&L side edges.

The second thing I see is the outer edges of the protector, facing the inboard side, are “wing tipped”. That is, they are molded in such a way that they do not follow the contour to the end. On the 2023 this is not visible when the tailgate is closed. I am not sure if this would be noticeable on the 2024 with the liftgate closed. In hindsight, a photo with the 2024 liftgate closed would have helped.

I am sure an OEM or aftermarket protector made for the 2024 Naut. by now should be out there somewhere. I am surprised if not, because many SUV’s I see on the road have them.

Thanks for the detailed response. Currently, there is no OEM bumper protector for the 2024 Nautilus. I have seen a few on Amazon but I’m not ready to try them out yet.

I hope your wife is healing well.

I noticed that the "Jet" package wheel barrels are black painted as well. They are easier to clean due to the clear coat. Do the non-Jet package wheels have black clear coated barrels. These are machine aluminum so assume even if not black they are clear coated.
Hi angore. Sorry I am so late to see your question about the wheels. Yes, all the current (and for many years now) aluminum Lincoln wheels have a clear coat finish. That applies whether they are machined aluminum, polished aluminum, painted aluminum etc.

Aluminum wheels need to have some sort of protective finish, or they would corrode.

Good luck.

The clear coat is the first line of defense as a protective coating as bbf points out. The contaminants that the wheels are subject to (road salts, brake dust, debris kick up etc.) also have an adverse effect on the clear coat finish as well, so it is important to keep the clearcoat clean to preserve the finish. I wax all my vehicle wheels when I have them off for tire rotation, brake jobs, even OFC's if needed.
The front forks on my motorcycle came with clearcoat over the aluminum forks. Very beautiful finish, but even with best of care the clearcoat needed stripping & re-application after 20 years. The last few years I notice it is time to refinish them again!

Sorry for confusion. My question was if all wheel barrels were painted black like mine or just natural clear coated

Mine came with a protector that says Nautilus from the dealer

Interesting.....

Very nice. How large is the applique?
