this is kinda cool:

2 weeks ago i sold this couple a new car, they traded in a 2002 Monte Carlo SS.
the people LOVED me, i got them the deal that they wanted, all without any haggling. i made a nice commision off of them, including some UA on the trade, because the happiest customers are the highest paying ones :D

anyways, so tonight i sold the car that they traded in to another really nice couple, same deal, got a great interest rate and got the car they loved, again, made a nice commission.

so basically off of 1 customer I made a little over $2,100 in 2 weeks time :D:D:D

i love this business! as long as my customers are happy and i keep rolling in those 100% surveys.... its all good ;)

we have been discussing flooring. i think i am gonna go with the wood laminate. if they pee on it it won\'t absorb. we are gonna do the whole house with it. i am so tired of carpet. it will be soooooooo much easier to keep clean.

oh no!!! i have a swiffer!!!!LOL it is alot better than an old dust mop, which just moves dirt from one place to another. :teehee:

we really did alot of research on that flooring. they also have out some square tile lookin stuff that looks like travertine tiles. pretty cool, but not what i need.

I\'d like to go home too, my body hurts a bit from moving the contents of the livingroom around numerous times yesterday. And the headache started the minute I got here because I have to catch up all this shit that easily could have been done for me yesterday :rant: I expect to have to catch up my own stuff, but when others can do it, they should! :squint:

Yea, I\'m gonna say that the people down here really suck. In general, but specifically toward bikers. I was in a traffic jam yesterday morning in Ft Lauderdale on 95, and I was using that little \"motorcycle lane\" inside the double-dotted lines next to the HOV lane. I was following another bike for protection, and you would not believe the numbers of people crowding the lines for no reason other than jealousy. :nono:

Nobody opened their doors on us, but I keep ready when I move past people like that just in case I see something change. Every time the Sun Sentinel online posts a story about a bike crash (usually with NO useful information about the crash) the comment forums fill with \"good, another one down\" \"Was speeding\" \"deserved to die\" \"hope the car wasn\'t hurt\" and so forth. The people down here are just out and out NASTY!

it is sad that people treat motorcycles like that. having been on the back of a harley and being run off the road by a hit and run driver, i definately always watch out for bikes.

I lifted pretty heavily on Sunday doing some forms I\'ve never done before. Then I had class last night. When I went to take my shirt off to change out of my gym clothes it was like I jumped into a pool. The shirt was literally stuck onto my back and I had to peel it off.

they have little motorcycle lanes? cool! Up here the bikers just go on the shoulder to pass traffic. I don\'t blame them for doing that though, I\'d do it too. As long as you don\'t end up passing a cop :whoa:
