Man, our carpet is nasty nasty gross... I decided to clean it while the livingroom is all disheveled to start with (that and my sister\'s little shit dog taught our dog that it\'s ok to pee on the carpet... little bitch). I think I want hard wood now!

I just replaced my carpet before my room mate moved in.....with an old cat that likes to pee on the carpet.. :freak:

hard wood floors bad idea with dogs. we moved into my house had all the wood redone, first day the dog was there it got scratched, now 3 years later they look like hell unless they are wet

I dont think wood floors are what you want either. Once urine sets in wood...you never get it out. Just retrain your dog and dont let hers in the house anymore. :dunno:

My sister\'s dog lost her welcome when she peed in my home. I have no money, therefore no intension of changing my flooring at this time. When the dog is no longer, I hope to have the money to do something to the floors like hard wood.
