Corsair Grand Touring Battery Charging / Draining Issues

My 2022 Corsair GT battery used to charge up to about 54+ kwh when charging at home on 110 volt wall plug. For the past 2 weeks it will only charge up to about 44 kwh's and the system reads that the battery if fully charged and the system does an auto shutdown. I have the vehicle booked at the dealer to have this checked out.
Has anyone else had this kind of issue ???
If you mean kilometers, that's a value and range that's well within the range that I see with my 2023 GT and I don't think any reason for concern.

The Corsair only has a 14.4kWh battery. I am not sure where you were seeing the 54 and 44 kWh charge but this is simply not possible.
OOPS! I misspoke, I meant to say charging up to 44 kms where it used to charge up to 54 kms or even a bit higher than that.
Yesterday, I charged up and at 44 kms (about 26 miles) the charge indicator states that the battery is 97% charged. I used to get at least 34 miles when the battery was "fully charged". I'm wondering if there is an on-board computer glitch that is limiting the charge up max for some weird reason...

Thanks for the clarification. The unfortunate part of this is that the "estimated range" is just that. It is less a function of how much battery capacity you and more a guesstimate of how far your recent driving and climate control consumption will allow you to drive on a full battery. I wish the system was actually providing us with actual battery capacity.

The more advanced EVSE (smart LVL 2 units) will provide the actual kWh that was used to charge the battery. This is a much better measurement of battery capacity.

I am ordering 2024 Corsair Grand Touring PHEV. My life style requires me to be out of town (not using the car) 4-5 months out of the year.
1) I was told not to leave the plug in on, right?
2) How do I keep the main battery and the auxiliary battery(if there is one) alive?
3) Older hybrid Lincoln MKZ, I left the trigger charger connected to the main battery when I was gone but not sure how to treat this PHEV. Anyone with this experience and problem?

1) DO NOT leave the plug into your vehicle why you are away. Too many what ifs can happen in that time frame.
2 & 3) Several people on here have recommended using a trickle charger for your 12V battery. This is safe and will keep it charged while you're away. Your 12V battery is in the trunk compartment underneath the spare tire.

There are already several threads on this forum about this.

Check these out.

1. A discussion everyone has an opinion on. As an owner of both a BEV and a PHEV, I always have them plugged in when in my garage. YMMV.

I have a 2023 GT. I leave it plugged in when away from home up to 3 months at a time. Never any issue and automatically keeps 12 V battery fully charged.
