I Just got off the phone with the dealership. Basically, they told me that all the testing was normal, by Lincoln protocol standards. They said I need to drive it more than 15 minutes, in order to keep the electrical system charged. I told them that I do drive it more than that. The service department manager told me that I could bring it up again, and they can put it on the draw monitor again. He told me the care needs to be driven more than every 2-3 days, in order to keep it charged. I told him that I really don't agree. I told him that a $60,000, car, bought new in 2019,, should start and not have these issues. I told him that ,what if you go on vacation and leave the car in the airport parking lot for 14 days, which we have with our other cars. This issue has been going on close to a year now. My expectation is for the car to start, so you mean to tell me that this car would be dead when we arrived back at the airport, because it hasn't been driven more than every 2-3 days? He had no answer for me. Actually, he had no answer for any of my cars issues. So I left it as I'm going to talk to my husband and figure out what our next step will be. I was thinking of call the Lincoln Company's customer service.
