Accessories you bought for your Corsair Thread

That's a first for me. Have you not been following this thread from its beginning? I graduated school a long, long time ago, and I don't do essay on order any more. Go back to the beginning of the thread to see the OP, and then follow the posts and comments. If that doesn't provide you with the information that you seek, then this device is not for you. I will say that I don't see this as a modification, however.
I did go back perhaps a dozen or more, finding nothing useful. If you can't say what post (you do know posts have a number and there Are about 100 on this thread?), if you're saying answering direct is beneath you, so be it, I certainly can live without your mod, without knowing what it is.

Hope you enjoy it.

2020 Reserve
Just curious here--I have a '21 Reserve. In the original layout, there were 3 knobs--a large one for the fan (with a center button for accessing the climate settings) and then 2 others for volume/power and "tuning" for the sound system. I'm guessing the fan and climate control knob/button isn't needed any more based on what the shot of the screen is showing. I also see the hazard, screen, and source buttons are now screen-based. That covers almost every function in the original panel, but what does the knob in the lower center do? I'd guess power/volume (with tuning left to the Sync screen).

The other thing is that the '20s (i think all of them, rather than a running change) had little temp indicators (lit numbers) for the climate settings above the up/down temperature rocker on each side of the panel. The '21s deleted that--the temp you set shows only on the Sync screen. I wonder if that matters if you use this panel in a '21 or later--would the large temp settings appear in those circles...

Just wondering out loud is all... Looks good, and thanks for the report--we know that it works (well) and you're a braver soul than I am for taking the plunge to purchase and install it!

And, you persist in not understanding. My post clearly says to "go back to the beginning of this thread."

That small knob is indeed the volume control. Tuning is still on the upper screen. You can change the basic colors, and control the flow of air to seats, face, feet, simply by touching the screen in front of those things. The big round knobs show the temperature setting in the middle (I think their demo photo shows in Centigrade), and you raise or lower the temp by turning them.

For your information post #1 is a neck rest.

Can we all just stay on topic? Let's not have the back and forth, unhelpful, "have to get the last word" comments. I thought this forum is to help and provide advice, recommendations etc. If you don't have that, please be silent and move on. 🙏🏽☮️

Wow! That was easy. I know that no one has responded to these posts, so perhaps no one is really interested in trying this add on. However, since I said I would follow through, here ya go. The old unit popped out with just a bit of coaxing, and then, I just had to work my way around the outside of it, until it was free. One wiring connection on the back was easy to pull out (Just push on the top of the connector to release it), and the new unit plugged right in. Everything is there, and there was no hesitation at all.
Can we can an update? Did it give you any problems after having it for a while or would you still recommend?

Sorry to be so slow to reply, but the forum did not notify me of your comment/question. I had given up on this for a time, for some reason, but I went back to using it full time, and now I don't know what I'd do without it. Controlling the HVAC is super easy, and I like to change the color scheme to a nice blue, instead of the Lincoln default brownish/gold & black. I do recommend this investment.

I purchased key fob covers, all weather floor mats, mud guards, and Canvasbak cargo protectors. We put the canvasbak cargo protectors in my wifes 2015 Pilot when new and when I looked under it when we sold it last month, the carpet and seat backs looked brand new and cargo area had lots of abuse and plenty of spills. They are well worth the upgrade over just rubber mats.

I purchased and installed the Weathertech Paint Protection Film (PPF) kit on our car. I installed everything except the door edge guard pieces so far and love how it turned out and how well they protect. No fingernail scratches in the door cups, no shoe scuffs on the entry sills, and complete bumper top protection, and best of all is that it's practically invisible. PPF Clicky 2025 Corsair

Hey guys, i just bought a 2024 Lincoln Corsair Reserve with the 202A package. Just wondering if anyone has ever seen one of these come with a cargo cover for the rear. I noticed it has the side pegs sticking out to mount one but i've never seen one out of all the ones i've looked at before buying mine.

The cargo cover is a separate factory accessory. I ordered our car without one also, I found on our previous car it was in the way more than it helped.
