'24 Nautilus MyLincoln Software Update Keeps Getting Interrupted

My Lincoln
2024/Nautilus II
I've connected to home wifi and hotspot on my phone, it counts down in the car then I get look at the app and it says software update interrupted then goes to next scheduled time. is there a way to see the progress real time? Between strong home wifi and hotspot I can't see what is interrupting update.
 
Battery charged? Engine stopped? Doors closed and locked?
 
Contact concierge if all that fails.
 
I'm having the same problem. For the past week or so, I see an "Update Scheduled" message everyday inside the Nautilus, then receive an "Update Interrupted" message every morning on the Lincon Way app. I've attempted two manual updates, but both end with a blank screen and an "Update Interrupted" message on the app.

I called the Lincoln Concierge twice about this, and they confirmed adequate battery state-of-charge, good data communication, doors closed, hood closed, and liftgate closed while vehicle was parked when update was attempted. Then they suggested setting the parking brake and turning-off auto headlights. I did that, attempted the update again, and still received the "Update Interrupted" message on the Lincoln Way app.

Concierge gave me a case number and suggested that I visit my local Lincoln dealer for resolution.

I had the same issue for a while. I brought it in to have the rear window force recall applied and 2 days later all my updates completed. I believe it was attempting the over the air recall for the window force but it was rescinded.

Thank you for this feedback. I'm going to try the parking brake and turning off auto headlights to see if it works.

Yeah it's almost oil change time, so if it hasn't completed by then I'll have the dealership push it through.
