I'm having the same problem. For the past week or so, I see an "Update Scheduled" message everyday inside the Nautilus, then receive an "Update Interrupted" message every morning on the Lincon Way app. I've attempted two manual updates, but both end with a blank screen and an "Update Interrupted" message on the app.
I called the Lincoln Concierge twice about this, and they confirmed adequate battery state-of-charge, good data communication, doors closed, hood closed, and liftgate closed while vehicle was parked when update was attempted. Then they suggested setting the parking brake and turning-off auto headlights. I did that, attempted the update again, and still received the "Update Interrupted" message on the Lincoln Way app.
Concierge gave me a case number and suggested that I visit my local Lincoln dealer for resolution.
