2024 Nautilus - Infotainment/Screen/SW issues

You mean the dealer could not see the flickering and the scents not were working for weeks issue since they used the words cannot recreate? A video would be good evidence for now and in the future for you and them.

If I recall, one prior person had a wiring harness and APIM module replaced for display issues.

Unforunately, if you cannot reproduce them the dealer may not have much luck especially for software issues. Lincoln has clamped down on dealers replacing parts just to see it fixes the issues.

Pro tip - try turning the knob counter-clockwise (decreasing the main volume) prior to the restart 10-second-push. That should decrease the reboot pop volume.
Oh yeah... That POP...
Last Saturday I drove my new 24 Nautilus home, about 40 miles. Halfway thru I noticed that when I selected Vehicle on the infotainment screen it was blank. After a few times I decided to do the reboot (while driving). The volume was normal, not loud. During the reboot I heard what sounded to me like an electrolytic capacitor exploding. I expected the cabin to fill up with smoked. Thankfully that didn't happen.
What an experience! 🤬🤩

To me it sounds like a speaker voice coil hitting the magnet from excessive cone excursion. When we bought the car in March, the dealer demonstrated the 💥 and said it was fine. If it is the speaker popping, it's not fine. Be sure to turn the volume to zero.

But I don't think we've had to reset the system since maybe April.

Hey all. New Nautilus customer on the forum here.
Just got my 2024 Nautilus (203a with Jet Appearance package) last Monday November 18th (better deals on this one than 2025 models).

Anyhow does anyone else notice vent control issue? I'm unable to move my vents anywhere and the toggle that showed up for off body, motion etc those don't show up at all the vents are all pointing upwards and don't respond to touch.

Anyone else faced his issue and if yes how did you fix it ? This has so many bugs, at some point soon I will compile a list, some have solutions or workaround.

My month old Nautilus has a very buggy infotainment system. This morning I was unable to adjust the radio volume. Bluetooth connection to my iPhone is frequently lost. Brake coach gets stuck onscreen, even though I turned the feature off. Definitely some software issues that need to be addressed.

It sounds like you do not have software CSP 24B54 installed. It is best to take to dealer rather than waiting for OTA update,

After the first POP (which startled me), I always lower the volume to 0. Hard to tell if that reduces the POP. Since the end of August 2024 when I got the Nautilus, I had to reset 4 times.

Honestly, we still rarely use it. But I agree we used it once recently and it's loud even at zero. Someone said that with 24B54 the pop isn't as loud — but we have not yet had that update.

The vents are controlled by the center console. There's an icon at the bottom in the middle.

Yep. No pop after update. But turning down or off audio before pushing the knob did not significantly change the pop loudness.
