He purchased his from Planet Lincoln in Dallas, TX. He has stated since he sold the Navi and swapped to an Escalade.
I've reluctantly settled on a band aid fix atm - lowered the recommended cold PSI from 39 to 35. It helps a bit, but once tires warm up to 40+ psi its the same old shit with the ride.
How were you able to get an "engineer" out to inspect your vehicle?
I have briefly test driven a 25 Navigator, and I can say the ride is improved over my 24. He let me take it on the highway, and the steering is much firmer but at75 mph+ there was still a slight vibration in the steering wheel, which he noticed after I pointed it out. I'm also not sold on the interior (way more plastic used, felt cheaper overall inside). Sales guy said they did that on the Reserves to separate from the Black Label. I'm honestly not willing to lose my 0% apr and invoice pricing to swap to a 2025 at MSRP and whatever interest is atm. Plus, if the highway ride is not silky smooth then what is the point... I think its time to consider swapping to a GM for me.
