2020 Lincoln Aviator vibration

Thanks for the reply.
My 2023 also sat in Chicago for many months due to the rearview camera recall. I ordered it on Oct. 31st, 2022 and it finally arrived on Oct. 2nd, 2023. It came with the Michelin Primacy tires, which were also on my previous 2020 Aviator.

I have a 2023 GT and experienced the vibration when cold at around 50 mph. Dealer tried the shims first which did nothing then replaced the carrier bearing with the softer version. This changed the vibration to occur at 34 mph and its worse. Changed original tires to new set, no change still vibrates until driven about ten miles so it seems like it has something to do with warming up. My car also sat in Chicago lot, but it certainly wasn't a flat spot on the tires since the new tires didn't change anything. Dealer has reached out to Ford for more ideas. I've resorted to using ChatGPT which has some ideas which I'll pass along to the dealer such as measuring the angle of the driveshaft. The fact that the new carrier bearing changed the point at which the vibration occurs leads me to believe it is driveshaft related.
