From a post a bit earlier: "He indicated that the old injector ended with a letter B.".I went to ford parts and typed in Vin without a name search and it shows injector as P2GZ9D280B. Part is marked readily available.
Very interesting. The parts list shows the injector is supposed to be ????-9F593-B but mine has the same injectors found in the 1.5L but now discontinued. The injectors they replaced yours with are the current 1.5/2.0L injectors for many 2023 model year vehicles. It would be nice to get numbers from as many failed injector vehicles as possible.Hi Jacyte, I just heard from the sales guy and he provided some info on the injectors. I’ll try to attach the photo of the new injectors. He indicated that the old injector ended with a letter B.
Doesn’t sound like the same part number that you showed earlier.
Tim.
That is the fuel rail part number it looks like.I went to ford parts and typed in Vin without a name search and it shows injector as P2GZ9D280B. Part is marked readily available.
....if this is the case, FoMoCo will usually just modify the suffix or prefix (I usually see suffix changes) to the part number. The core portion of the part number usually stays the same.
Very possible that "B" is now a "C". Modifying the suffix when a part is upgraded is usually the norm.L2,p
From a post a bit earlier: "He indicated that the old injector ended with a letter B.".
From that earlier post it sounds like there's supposed to be a new part number, one ending in a "C" (there was a photo of the new injector packaging).
So maybe the older part is available, but the list hasn't been updated for the new part?
Taken on the passenger side. The direct injection fuel rail is below the intake passages on the head.Which side of the engine was that taken on?
Yes it is odd. There is no part listed at all for item 9F593B. It may have been removed to prevent re-ordering a part Ford is in process of replacing.Well, two of us have p/n's ending in AA,
Back at ford parts, If I am reading this 9F593B is the p/n called out It is on lower rail and has the wires coming out of the bottom but is this up to date? But when I looked up the number (593B) directly, the system says it does not fit my vehicle by VIN (nor did 593C). I wonder if this is part of the confusion.

This may be slightly off-topic, but are there any other serious potential issues with the Nautilus? The overall reliability of Lincoln is relatively low, according to what I've seen. I love the Nautilus, but before I jump in I'd like to know if there might be any additional surprises.OK, thanks!
There were some dead battery issues reported for the Hybrid early-on, but we haven't heard much lately, so that may have been an initial batch thing. Some Reserve and Black Label models (Hybrid and non-Hybrid) had noises from the rear that were caused by shocks that needed to be torqued or replaced. Again, that issue seems to have faded away after numerous early reports. This may be slightly off-topic, but are there any other serious potential issues with the Nautilus? One thing to know is that the reliability of Changan Ford is relatively high. In fact, quite high in their market. The quality of build has been a thumbs up for all that have reviewed it, both consumer and professional. This may be slightly off-topic, but are there any other serious potential issues with the Nautilus? Hi Guys! Update on my issues. I understand the new fuel injectors are working. They installed them yesterday and I see they drove it about 3 kms. (2 miles). My sales guy said that the engine sounds as it’s running normal now. I did get a couple of faults sent to my Lincoln Way app … service engine soon and drive train fault that are still staying on my app. The latest issue is now they found the 12V battery failed the test and now have ordered a new one. They told me when I picked up the Nautilus on May 3 that they had tested the battery and it passed then. What has changed in 2 weeks for this to happen. ( of course battery is on back order with no ETA). So there it sits in the service lot awaiting the next issue to come up.One thing to know is that the reliability of Changan Ford is relatively high. The dead battery issues I think were due to unanticipated delays in the delivery of the first few batches that weren't screened at the dealers.
It seems the injector issue has already been addressed. It's just us early buyers who are waiting for resolution.
That's mostly good news. The 12v battery might be just them covering their backs. I cant imagine the battery has gone bad that quickly even if it was drained by a problematic system. Ill bet it had a bad cell or 2 and voltage at some point dropped a bit low and they reverse charged. Might have happened during service if they ran a software update or just had accessory mode on for a while. The BCM should stop it from dropping but a bad cell might drop too low even before that.Hi Guys! Update on my issues. I understand the new fuel injectors are working. More info to come

The replacement service # will be the C suffix . The BA is the enginnering # which is installed on the vehicle after the cutoff date. Every part installed on a vehicle has an engineering # printed on it. The parts available to replace those are the service part # they are rarely the same number. In this case the BA = the C.Linc 24, are you saying that for fails now, they use the C ending number but for the CSP they will use current base P/N with BA suffix? This could make sense since Ford would go back to manufacturer and get them to cover the cost of new injectors and possibly some of the cost due to all the warranty work if an endemic defect. We did this at our my company for parts in field actions.
