Who has submitted an order for the new 2024 Nautilus?

I currently own a nautilus and owned the mkx before it. I have also owned at least 6 brand new Ford trucks. I like the look of the 2024 Nautilus, but I think the made in China will have me switching to Mercedes-Benz.

I just configured a Black Label vehicle on the Lincoln website to review some of the features on the vehicle I ordered. I noticed the delivery/destination charge has been increased from $1395 to $1595. That's quite a price hike.

Is that retroactive or for new orders only?

It could possibly be due to fuel price increases.

Lincoln Canada shows the delivery cost on a '24 Nautilus to be $2395 CDN or $1785 USD.

I believe it is only for new orders.
I can go to my dealer's website and see my vehicle among it's inventory. There's a option at the bottom of the screen to pull the window sticker, and it still shows $1395. I.e., vehicles that are still in transit have the old price. So I believe the new price has to be for new orders.

Maybe they're trying to get compensated for the extra time that ships spend in the water waiting for port congestion to ease up. 😏

Better than being in Ontario Canada delivery/destination charge is $2395. + 13% tax. not to mention the hybrid engine is $3500. The 203A package with hybrid engine and tax is costing me $92,000. Even with the exchange rate the USA is still cheaper.

Please forgive my ignorance but is it possible for you to order a vehicle in the US or do import taxes and fees make this impractical?

It used to be a great thing to do in the past when exchange rates were about even. I have done it in the past but not with a Lincoln. I asked last winter when I was down in Phoenix if they would sell me a car without a permanent US address. They said NO! They way a lot of dealers in the past would purchase the new car then resell as used with no extra miles. In addition to exchange rates , The cost to travel down to vehicle and sales taxes on US value and RIV(registered importation of vehicles) fees make it not worth it. The other issue that has come up in past is warranty issues(may have changed in the recent times)
Tim.

Last April I did a comparison of my '23 Corsair (still on order at that time) with an exact US build (I used a Florida Zip) including delivery and exchange rates, mine Canadian build came out just over $5k USD cheaper. That is why Ford would fine any dealer that sold one of their vehicles into the States. They had to have something around 15k km on the vehicle before they didn't get nailed by Ford.

Nah, the cost increase is likely related to an insurance increase on the shipping companies due to the Houthi pirate action in the Middle East.

I'm debating placing a factory order. The best offer I got from a nearby dealership was $4700 off the MSRP (Canadian dollars)

My factory order build would be...

Hybrid Engine
203A Equipment Package
Carpet Red paint exterior
Jet Black Appearance Package
Cargo and Mat accessories package.

Should I try to negotiate a little more off, walk away and wait or accept the deal?

Dealer discounting an ordered 24 Nautilus? They should already have your money. It’s MSRP for us right now on all, in stock or orders. It’ll stay that way till we load up with them and they sit a bit as usual.

Sorry @Mrbluray but I know nothing about the Canadian Dollar (except all the Canadians that try to use them in Florida) or the Canadian Auto market. But as @7.62Kolectr said above, no one down here is getting anything off a NEW 2024 Nautilus sitting on the lot or Ordered. Better take the savings and drive away in a "New Car" before they wake up and realize they screwed up.

Agreed. My dealer doesn’t seem to be coming off msrp. I’ll do my best however once car reaches the dealer.

My question is what is the MSRP price you started at to get $4700 discount? I made my deal last April and for a reserve II hybrid with a sticker price of $75395. I recieved a discount of $2000 off that price. If in fact you did see the actual sticker, and offered $4700 off I would jump at it
Tim.

My hybrid. red carpet reserve III is in the U.S. and Im just waiting for it to get to dealer. It will be MSRP less any discounts from Ford. Military discount, Trade in 1000 discount, and Ford X plan so Im not sure what the final price will be

Before taxes it was $85820 CDN.

I was planning to finance it at a rate of 5.4% over 72 months after putting down 7000.
