 - 2019 Nautilus Reserve FWD

Just got a 2019 Nautilus with 77k miles on it. Beautiful car, love it. I'm getting what might be described as a shudder or vibration, almost feels like it's hesitating, mostly at low speeds (under 30 mph), when I'm lightly accelerating. I've seen that there's been a TSB for a reprogramming of the PCM that's meant to solve this condition. Anyone who's had this experience? I would like to hear your real-world experience if you have. Thanks in advance!
