I have the same issue with my 2021 Corsair. I have a new battery and I have had my dealer check the battery and they say it is OK. I have updated my software and that did not help. Has anyone found a solution to this problem.
Hi drwoods. There are certain messages which are normal, even for a properly operating vehicle with a new battery. Therefore, it may not necessarily be a “problem”. The information is covered in the Owners Manual.
This is why more information is needed.
- What is the
exact wording of the message?
- Exactly when does it occur?
Are the vehicle engine and vehicle ignition system/Accessory Modes completely off?
How long after the engine and ignition/Accessory Modes are off?
Vehicle ignition on but engine off?
Accessory Mode on or off?
- Where is the message being displayed?
On the vehicle dashboard?
On the LincolnWay app? Both?
-What is your driving environment?
Lots of short trips, very few long drives?
Vehicle is driven every day … or it sits for days without being driven?
In the majority of cases, there is no issue, it is simply a misunderstanding of how the vehicle systems work. Sometimes there is a problem with the vehicle.
If there is still confusion after reading the pertinent section of the Owners Manual, post back with answers to the above questions and any additional information possible.
