Fair enough and now I know - but they really should change their marketing materials so that new Lincoln owners (like myself) are aware of how the service
actually operates so that it prevents the average consumer from getting pretty upset the first time they have a service issue:

Anyways ... it's just frustrating going through this where my expectations were just totally shot. Just having a really bad day and it helps to vent ... I do apologize if this is too much sharing.
