Problems with 2021 nautilus already!

Hi all. Since you all were helpful last time, thought I'd post. So my wife and I flew out to Cali for a certified pre owned 2021 nautilus 202a with 11k miles. Great price! Drove it back to Colorado. I noticed a few things that unfortunately didn't notice while test driving:1) horrible wind noise definitely from the windshield and maybe elsewhere. 2) really bad road noise also. (I have test driven two other nautilus' and it's night and day difference: was so bad I had to turn the stereo up very loud and still had trouble hearing music.
3) the passenger massager was louder than the driver (not sure if it's normal?
4) the suspension despite supposedly having the adaptive, was harsh. It was loud and we could feel a harsh thump with even road cracks (again different from other test drive with 21s and ours are 20s)
5) due to those thumps we heard a lot of rattles.
6) once with my wife sitting in the passenger seat the airbag said off.
7) I felt my seat change it's bolster/ lumbar a couple of times automatically.
8) upon acceleration up a hill mostly but any decent power, I heard a whine/crackling even? Not every time though..
9) finally, is the ambient light along the wood part in the dash dimmer than the rest?

Not really a problem but did notice when I turned the steering wheel a certain direction, some light would turn on and then slowly fade after going back to middle. Does that seem norm?

Thanks everyone!

Has anyone had similar issues and success getting them addressed? I just got out of a lemon with a Kia sportage hybrid due to wind seal and other issues and even with its problems (which werent addressed) , my sportage was quieter than the nautilus even though it was having air issues and it had highway all terrains. Worries we picked up another lemon, but what made the kia bad was the dealer/company response. How does lincoln treat its owners?

So How did everything work out for you? Is your Nautilus leaking water yet? How did your Lincoln Dealer treat you compared to Lexus?

You bought a used car, your rights are limited. This car sounds a bit like a former dealer loaner.

The OEM tires are crap, living in CO they need to go anyway… Weather Actives or Cross Climate will change the noise and ride.

You need to have the transmission and CCD (if you have it) relearn to your driving style. I don’t know if this can be triggered with a reset in Sync or you need the dealer to trigger it.

Problem with 2021 Nautilus.
Oil light icon on,
Shift sys fault service required.
Service Team says they cannot find an issue.
Parking button flashing.
Can anyone advise

Hi Ms.Evie. You have had your 2021 Nautilus in for service at your Lincoln Dealership, they have had their hands on it, and all they say is they “…cannot find an issue”?

The oil light and shift system warnings etc., were on when they had it for service?

How many miles on the vwhicle? Is it still within the 4 year/50,000 mile Nrw Vehicle Warranty, and/or the 6 year/70,000 mile Powertrain Warranty?

What do they tell you are the next steps they will take to diagnose the problem? Or do they just tell you to pick it up and take it home like that?

Have you called Luncoln Concierge to ask them to help you with the problem?

It may help if you provide some more information and answers to the above questions.

I’m sure others will also jump in to help, so keep us updated and good luck.

Its only 68 thousand miles
The diagnostic machine could not pick up a code to detect a problem. I purchased a used one. With extended warranty.
The shift sys fault service required message seems to be cleared off when the technician checks it. So they tell me nothing they can do.

Hi Ms.Evie. That is not acceptable. If the dealership is telling you that, contact Lincoln Concierge, explain the situation, and ask for further assistance.

If the warning lights are still illuminated, there is an obvious ongoing problem, and they need to perform additional diagnostics.

If the warning lights are not illuminated: Do you have the LincolnWay/Lincoln app on your phone? If yes, the system fault warning should still be listed there.

And it does not matter that you purchased used. The original warranties still apply, as long as you are within the time/mileage limits. Then you also have the extended warranty, Alrhough we don’t know what limits it has.

I’m sure others will jump in, so keep us updated and good luck.
