Open Letter to Lincoln - How I'd Improve the Aviator

You've got it right! That's the decision I'm suggesting you revisit.
I'm not sure why I should revisit.
BTW, the steering wheel driver daxing camera is used only when BlueCruise is ON, not Active Lane Keeping.

Lincoln executives have been watching this community for years. They've also made improvements to their vehicles based upon what they've read here. They are listening to you.

This discussion will serve as a quick and easy way for Lincoln executives to gauge interest and help make decisions moving forward.

As am Aviator driver, you should state exactly what you'd like to see enhanced, added, and/or omitted from your Lincoln Aviator.

Any posts that don't stick to the subject matter will be moved elsewhere.
The dynamic air suspension that lowers when you walk up to the car for aiding in easy entry and exit is perfect for my mobility challenged passenger ... however, it doesn't lower when we get home and put the car in park. So the easy exit part apparently only applies to the driver re: seat and steering wheel. Update the logic to include lowering on park or on ignition off, or even if we had to push a button on the screen or something. One of the big reasons for my purchase, and it only works for 50% of the issue ... the silly workaround are for me to get out, lock the door, walk away, then walk back up to get the car to "kneel" again.

The Easy Entry/Exit feature is only for the driver's position. What you are talking about is the Easy Access Height feature which I see from your other post, only works for access and not for exit. I agree that having it work for both procedures makes more sense. Just for interest, have you tried opening the liftgate when you park to see if the Cargo Loading feature will lower the vehicle?

Before you exit the vehicle and with the engine off, on your keyfob, press “lock” once then “unlock” twice. The vehicle will lower to the low position.
Works MOST of the time!

When the child door locks are engaged, it would be nice to also disable the shade control buttons on the second row console. (i.e. not wanting young kids to be able to open/close shade at their desire) if they are too young to open doors they are also too young to control the roof!!

That's where parenting comes in handy.;)
Also, young children should be in car seats so I doubt they can access the shade buttons.

Thanks! Understood that but children old/large enough for booster seats can absolutely touch buttons - and since grandkids aren’t treated like your own - threatening isn’t the go-to response! If the doors are off limits so should/could be the shade controls - can’t be difficult and grandparents (and parents) would appreciate the simple accommodation :)
