I've been having some issues since the last OTA update, so I had to call Lincoln Way support. They told me about a system reboot procedure that I didn't know about.
I think everyone knows by now that to reboot the infotainment system, you have to press the volume button five times within seven seconds (previously, you had to hold it down). I used to be able to perform this reset while driving, but now it appears that you have to be stopped for it to work.
I was having issues with cruise control not working, and the agent saw faults for the lane departure system and the parking system. To reboot everything, the support agent told me to:

- stop and turn the car off
- open the driver's door
- lock the driver's door with the lock button on the door
- close the driver's door
- wait at least 15 seconds, and start the vehicle
