Have lots to read to figure everything out but I'm impressed with how intuitive the main layout is (although it did take awhile before I found the cruise control/lka cancel buttons on the right side of steering wheel).
A few things I'm going to have to dig into are the lane keeping assist and the best daily driving mode. LKA pulls a little too close to the lines for my liking, so going to see if there are ways to tweak that, and the cornering on non-banked back roads seems to be a bit loose. I was driving in Conserve mode. Does the cornering improve with a different mode?
Congratulations and I'm sure you'll love the vehicle.
Not to be nit-picky - but just to clarify - remember LKA (called Lane Keeping System in the manual) and lane Centering are two different functions (I believe lane Centering turns on LKA as well). The lower right button is the lane centering feature. LKA is on the tip of the left turn stalk.
I find my centering is biased a touch to the left; it gets a little closer to the left lane divider than I'd prefer. When I had my sensors recalibrated for the replacement windshield I had to have installed, I asked about adjustments. The service writer advised me they simply hook up to the computer (I assume with some special wall board in front of the vehicle or other calibration image somewhere in front of the sensors). From there the computer does everything. According to her there is no tech input to correct/bias/alter the sensors/response. If you find differently, please advise.
I have not experimented with driving modes to see if it enhances/detunes keeping or centering. Please let us know if you happen to determine it does.
