Hybrid Badging Color

Might need to rephrase that last statement. Back-up lights are white and the vehicle moves. :giggle:
So do the L I N C O L N letters light up when you're backing up to help light the way?

Hahahahahaha, too funny. Personally, I'm a debadger, I've been wondering if I could take it off without leaving any holes and such. I really hate advertising for the car company's. I guess that's why they put the Lincoln in lights now.
Sadly, only the Black Labels get the lites on the back Lincoln.

Lol, I've never understood how owners of this type of luxury vehicle (or any vehicle for that matter) drive around with dealer advertising on the back of the car. I good-naturedly (by seriously) told my dealer that I wouldn't take my car if it had any advertising on it at all.
I'm the same way - I will not accept the new car if they have a front license plate bracket on there for the advertising. My state doesn't require front license plates so I don't want the horrible looking bracket.
I also tell the dealer to take off the bracket around the rear license plate as I will just throw it away when I get home. Also, NO dealer lettering on the rear trunk/liftgate either.

Ironically, I'm buying a Toyota for my son. They said it arrived on the truck this morning, and he'll take a picture once it gets off the truck. Six minutes later I get a photo of it unwrapped and a dealer advertising plate drilled into the front bumper. *sigh* (I think it came much earlier.) We do require a front plate here, but I often go without. It's not enforced — much.

Seems like this may be a change for 25? As said with jet pack there’s no blue and no way to tell it’s a hybrid. The people buying these things want others to know ‘they care’ about the environment blah blah blah.
Just seems strange to be pushing and selling an ev vehicle with zero way to tell it is one from outside

When I did the walk-around my vehicle, I asked if I was going to get a price deduction to advertise the dealership. Sales rep looked puzzled, when I pointed out the chrome-colored name, he laughed and said- no.

I said in that case, please remove it by time they bring it to me after I complete my paperwork. He did and I drove off with a Lincoln license frame.

Love my 2024 Nautilus Premier Hybrid in Black with Jet Appearance. Only regret, don't have the full front lighted bar with Lincoln star. Didn't know I needed the Reserve or Black Label.

I don't think there is any dealer advertising on my Nautilus but I'll look again now, after reading this thread.

As for Hybrid identification, in addition to all the clues listed in the thread I didn't see anyone mention the bright orange electrical conduit under the hood. That is the high voltage wiring, isn't it? That's what I read, along with the warning (for us non-engineers) not to touch it. If the car is not a hybrid it would have no reason to have the high voltage wiring, I assume, is that correct?

Noticed a Nautilus and on right side of lift gate was an emblem the said Hybrid, is this new or did owner put that on?? I have a 2024 Hybrid there is no badging indicating hybrid.
