Hahahaha, true true. I didn\'t get to Wrigley last year but did the year before that. I\'ll never forget it because it had to be in the low 20s...still a great time, and Kyle Lohse pitched a shutout and we won 1-0.
we really had a perfect day last year. the weather was great, hot but had a quick shower to cool things down. Zambrano pitched for the Cubs and not only did he win, he hit a HR too!

sorry, i used to be a huge Reds fan from the \"Big Red Machine\" days, but stopped following baseball when they had \'the strike\'. after i got married to a Cubs fan, i got suckered in and well, it\'s been fun! didn\'t know how much i missed baseball.

Hey your doing great. Keep your head up, and know your well on your way to being a better person, dont let what other people say get in the way of your happyness. If theres one thing everyone on here has taught me its that. Tell yourself what you want, and let nothing get in your way of reaching that goal. I finally get that to sink into my thick head, and ive been less stressed, eating better, sleeping more, doing great in school, and just over all more happy. I have almost no free time because of school, work, and side jobs, but you know what im gonna be able to fix my car, start saving money for college, and my 66, and im gonna be going to school for what I love to do. Don\'t become dependant on booze to give you a temp relief from your pain. Ive seen people do it, ive seen it mess up peoples lives worse, when they thought they were at rock bottem, when in actuality they had a long way left to fall.
I\'m sure to get flamed cause im just a kid, turning 18, but theres one thing ive always been good at, thats listening, and observing people and taking note of it. Your to much of a wonderful person, and I can tell that from just online, and ive never met you!
Keep going! You\'ve come this far!!
Sweet, I might end up taking you up on that. The biggest job will be setting up the 2nd floor for laundry room...the bathroom used to have a big closet but it was opened up and it\'s a little room that would be perfect. The water lines are close and I believe 220 power lines are nearby. I\'m sure I will have more bigger projects too.
Thats likely a easy thing to do. Just a list of things I could help with:

Plumbing
Electrical
Drywall
tile installation
Kitchen cabinets/counter tops
Framing
Wood trim
Windows
Insulation
Garage straightening
demolition
Wirl pool installation
Floor leveling/bracing
Knocking out concrete and pouring new (such as steps)
Tuck pointing (as in brick work)
Aluminum siding repair

Thats the general list.

Damn, my list is like plunging turds and that\'s it.

Oh I had forgotten insulation...I would like to add as much as I can wherever I can over the summer. The steps going into my basement are also shit, haha, the inspector couldn\'t believe how jenky the job done on them was.

really? i have a rental house that\'s a real problem.....can you make it \'go away\'? :chin:

sorry , repost ignore this post

I have insulated many a room. 90% of the houses I have remodeled bathrooms/kitchens in had 0 insulation in the walls. Of course the houses are typically over 70 years old. They didn\'t really do insulation then. The two main ways for insulation is to cut holes in the walls and blow it in (rent a blower at menards or some place, and buy the insulation) or rip the walls open and do it right with fiberglass. The problem with option 2 is that it costs more money, since you have to dry wall the walls back up. Blowing it in still requires holes to be patched, but thats not bad at all.

Steps going into your basement would likely be an easy fix :D

Actually yes I could, I am capable of running any skid steer on the market along with standard construction machines such as a bulldozer.

Cool cool. Haha damnit, option 2 sounds great but expensive and time consuming. This house is over 100 years old, but the previous owners basically stripped and redid the entire house...there\'s still some plaster walls left, but it\'s mostly all drywall. So I would assume they did some insulation work.

I would hope so too, but some people are morons.

You wouldn\'t believe some of the things I have seen that homeowners have done.

Ok so you need a property to go away undetected? Are we talking a double wide with 3 jethrows in it or a shotgun house with a billy ray, a billy bob, and a bob evans? That way I will know how many cletus\'s to bring. :D

Oh I\'m sure, although in this case I guess it wouldn\'t be idiocy, but just being cheap. They never lived in the house, just bought it cheap, fixed it up entirely, and sold it to me.

Thank you so much for your encouragement Kevin :fawk: Love ya anyhow, but today does not exist....I am not hungover...I am still drunk as hell, but amazingly able to do my job...:freak:. that\'s kinda scary.

and Mason, you, are a sweetheart. Thank you so much. Trust me, I\'m just having a bad day....I don\'t rely on anything (although I do like my bacardi\'s), or anyone (except for the encouragement of my friends).
