I don\'t know why, but I am in a rather chipper spirit this fine Monday morning. Of course, we all know that shits gonna change within the hour!

ok computer geniuses... i am in the market to buy a computer. i would like a laptop. it has to have alot of storage, cause he does ebay shit... pics and other stuff. i really don\'t watch movies on one, cause if i want to watch a movie i have a 65 inch tv in the living room..:derr:
i have already been told no macs. we have a dell right now and for some reason he is not wanting a dell. i had to remind him the 2 HP we had both crashed.
now jim and tanner.. don\'t start talking the way you do when you guys start on this. give it to me how i understand it... simple.

I\'ve had great luck with Dells. They\'re cheap but they come loaded with pretty good hardware. If you are looking to just play simple games like free cell, solitaire and internet based games then any of them will be fine. The biggest thing I can suggest is to get the largest amount of ram that\'s available. How much are you looking to spend?

but i think he should probably (there kevin.. how do ya like me now??)spend 5-700ish area. i say ya get what ya pay for.

You\'ll want at least 1gb of ram and a front side bus of 800mhz. The processor rating doesn\'t mean crap if the front side bus is lower than 800mhz because that\'s really the bottleneck in the whole system for how fast it can transfer tasks. Check into Dell\'s Inspiron 1501 for $499
