2025 Navigator

Most of you who have ordered one should have a VIN assigned to it by now. Almost all of mine do. If not than soon. And yes usually soon after they get a vin they...get built and shipped. I imagine some 'fencing' going on which will allow them to park them and make sure things are right. But if it's anything like the Nautilus launch the dealers and consumers will be the beta testers and discover all the nice issues they've created for us.

So still seems like mid to late spring we will see them hopefully.
Got mine this week with an early March build date. Dealership confirmed and mentioned early April, but since it’s all new and Ford has really began to take quality more seriously, I won’t hold my breath for that time frame nor do I care… I just want it done right for my $100k+ investment, especially since I live 100 miles away from the closest Lincoln dealer!

thanks a million for your help !

Ordered on 12/11 just got vin and 3/3 build date today. Reserve L.

Hi atobias80. When you have a chance, take another look at the letter. Are you certain it does not state you have a build week of 3/3?
An actual build day will usually be scheduled later, as we approach March.

Also, keep in mind it would not be unusual even for that build week to change as we get closer to the actual build.

Good luck.

You’re correct. Build week.

Man everyone is getting their build weeks still haven’t gotten mine. My priority code though is a 19. I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. Mine is a black label L copper, atmosphere interior, gold rims, black roof top.

I’m a 19 also. May be the spec. I wanted a black label but we have small kids so we really need the pass thru second row.

I have large dogs, so I had to go with the pass thru too. 😜

Hi gang. The “Priority Code” that buyers see on their order/build sheets is the build priority which your Dealership has assigned to the order. It tells Lincoln the priority that our Dealership wants our order to have, in relation to other similar orders from that Dealership only. Nothing more than that.

There are many variables playing a part in the scheduling of a new order.
And for newer members, there are at least several existing threads concerning all of this, if anyone is interested and wants to perform a search.

A quick rundown of just a few variables would include:
- Dealer allocation for that particular vehicle.
- When the order is placed by the Dealership.
- The Priority Code assigned to the order by the Dealership.
The “Priority Code” is pretty much what it sounds like. A simplified example would be…when a customer orders a new vehicle (in this case, Navigators) the Dealer assigns a Priority Code to the orders.
So, if you and I both order a new Navigator around the same time, the order with the lower numerical priority code assigned by the Dealership will generally be scheduled first, all other variables being equal (other variables then come into play, see below). Dealer generated Priority Codes run 10-19. 10 being best. There are other numerical Priority Codes, but they are not relevant to this discussion and/or for most buyers.

Then once the order is placed, things are in the hands of the factory schedulers. So all of the previous factors will weigh in, plus parts scheduling and shipments, any possible commodity constraints, weather, holidays etc. etc.

Those are just a few of the main variables and bullet points, and I’m sure a few other members will jump in to add more information.

Hope everyone receives their new vehicles as soon as possible and good luck. 🍻

Nice camera work. Got dizzy watching.

Definitely sounds encouraging on them for sure!

@7.62Kolectr -
I have yet to see much on the 2nd row seats and if they can be "stowed" like the Escalade's can... where, they fold and then pivot up to stow up against the backs of the front seats. (see pic)
It's very useful for moving my Golden Retrievers and offers them plenty of room to stretch out even up by the first row as they stay in place up like that.

all I've seen or heard about the 2nd row seats is they only fold down, they haven't really elaborated on that in their advertising

The basic seats fold like they've always had since 2018, they do not tumble like your 11 escalade. The only suvs that tumble now are the current gms and the sequoia.

Darn.. thank you for the update on it!
