2025 Navigator

I placed an on the first day you could & my production week is 2/24. I was expecting January. Someone posted in the blue oval forum that their Expedition Is the same week as well - 2/24
I would guess I would be quite a bit later since I am about 6 weeks after the banks opened. I assume I will get an email in a month with more info on it.

I placed mine on 10/29 the second person in the whole dealership. When I saw this thread I contacted Lincoln directly and she said that there is no production weeks set. She did confirm my order and my options though. Can you screen shot that email you got?

Hi ZegaP81. Just as an FYI, in case you are not familiar with the order process:

In addition to the actual date we place a vehicle order, there are many factors which affect the scheduling of a production date/dates.

Those factors include (but are not limited to)… our particular Dealer’s allocation for that particular vehicle, the Priority Code the individual Dealer assigns to our order, commodity restrictions, etc. etc.

Therefore, it is difficult, at best, to compare approximate production dates for a particular vehicle made at the same Dealership, let alone from two completely different Dealerships.

A site search will pull up many existing threads explaining the intricacies of production dates, dealer allocation, priority codes etc.

Hope this information may help, hope you get your order as soon as possible, and good luck.

Thank you so much for the explanation, I honestly had no idea it was like that. The support on this forum is great thank you everyone.

Yes Production has begun here at the Kentucky Truck Plant on both the 2025 Expedition & Navigator

How does it work? Iirc, it takes a few weeks for the "ok to buy", which is when production was able to produce enough problem free vehicles, but are the proper trucks built in this time the ones sent to dealers for sale?

Also, is for still planning to hold off shipping the produced truck until they are inspected again like they did the f150?

I'm not sure if they are shipping them to dealers yet or not. All I know is we have switched to running all 2025 models for the entire plant that includes all Ford F-250 to F-550 Super Duty Trucks, the Ford Expedition and the Lincoln Navigator. It's quite common for them to sit here at the plant for a few months after production has begun before they are released to dealers.

Hello there,
Certainly good news that they started things up. Any insight on if they will hold them longer than normal because the Navi and Expeditions are “new” models on the refresh?
I am hopeful to get the Navigator I ordered before May.
Thanks for the insight!

I haven't heard anything out of normal about any problems that would delay shipping.
But like I said before when we have a major redesign of a vehicle then it's very normal for us to build thousands of them and leave them sit here at the plant for a month or so until they are given the ok to ship.
They are definitely out test driving them and putting the Navigators through its test.

Excellent. Thank you for the info! Very helpful and I can’t wait to see these new ones roll out!

I really hope you get your Navigator on time and that it's everything you wanted.
I know that the Navigator is a very gorgeous SUV and will turn heads everywhere you go.
I own the 2024 Nautilus and I'm still amazed at the amount of attention my Lincoln gets. This is not something I'm a custom to in an SUV and only something I've experienced in a sports car.

Nice so it seems well see the first reviews of the Navigator sooner than I thought. They probably will release the embargo sometime next week. Now we wait to see if the improvements made it more competitive.

So that probably means that we might see deliveries starting in the end of March beginning of April? For the people that got a build week? For that people that have not gotten a build week like myself I can see April …..
