Lincoln just posted in Instagram 2025 Navigator global reveal on 8-15-24

Guess they didn't debut it today in spite of announcing they would. Just checked the website, nothing about a 2025 Navigator. I guess they still have a couple hours or so....

Hi BL. By a mere 1 minute! We will call it a tie! 🤗

Here are some more:

You can find more, plus videos, by Googling “2025 Lincoln Navigator debut”.

Good luck.

I love what I see. Already saw a Facebook group poster cry that the split tailgate is just something else that will break. Good lord, F off, please.

After my wife and I have looked at videos of it instead of photos and seen the ext and int colors on the navigator main page, I have my thoughts:

The exterior is gorgeous sans the rear. I do like it, but It's a bit too bulbous to me, and I wish it was closer to the nautilus. My wife loves it however. I love all the wheel options, my wife and I adore the copper wheels, but I also love the jet wheel. Unfortunately, there's no real world view of the reserve 22in wheel, only pics. The caddy got uglier in my opinion with its front end, but gm nailed the rear. The infiniti is a close second, with the better rear end than the nav, but not as pretty and worse wheels. The lwb version also doesn't look as well proportioned as it currently is.

The interior is still the best in segment in terms of aesthetic, quality, and purported comfort. Watching the interior vid walk through back to back, the caddy is a bit too haphazard and over wrought design wise. The nav is more simple and cohesive. Also, I still see too much gm-ism in the caddy as well. I also think the full length screen is better integrated in the lincoln than caddy. The caddys is closer to the driver, and the extra height is lower in the cowl, which means more eye movement than lincolns set up. Also, the central screen, though better placed in the caddy, is better integrated than in the lincoln. The second row also seems more comfy in the bl nav than the caddy though the caddy has more features back there. Caddy still has more tech, but I wouldn't use any features but the digital rear view mirror (my dads caddy has the ar front view but not a fan of it, but love the digital rearview). Hopefulli, they fixed the interior noise issue. I adore the 40-20-40 3rd row seat, and the split tailgate gate to me has more pluses than minuses in terms of family and utility usage.

Disappointed no hybrid announcement, as that would've def been a convo starter, but the engine is already good. No air suspension is still head scratching, and to say they thought about it but didn't add it is bogus. Just rear airbags would've been good, particularlyfor towing. Even then, no mention of them even touching the ride comfort in terms of nvh or frame strengthening is alarming. However, many coil sprung vehicles ride better than some air sprung vehicles, so there's still hope. They are probably still testing it anyway. From what I read, the new infiniti doesn't ride as well as the current nav. As long as it rides better than an lx600 and on par with the gw, I'll be satisfied.

I like the truck alot, and though lincoln didn't do everything i wanted, it's still competitive. It looks great and the interior shows well. No red paint, sad. Can't get the chocolate interior with the jet pkg, more sad. The jet pkg is my fave look. And the new silver blue is gorgeous. Strong attempt lincoln, now let's see what ford does with the expy.

I think we have built around 5 or 6 2025 Navigators during pre-production so far.
The main production at the plant is still the last of the 2024 model year.

Can you give us some insight into the changes to the car? Did they make any noticeable changes to the suspension? Have you heard or noticed features they didn't promote? I see the reserve doesn't get the full light bar and emblem, is that in an option pkg? Any info would be great. Do you have other pics? Any expy news or builds?

Unfortunately I don't have access to that kind of information. I also wouldn't be allowed to share any information until Lincoln has officially announced it.
I only operate a small but important area within the massive build process at Kentucky Truck Plant so I get to see very little of the assembly.

Have you noticed and loud relay clicking sounds coming from under the hood drivers side anytime anyone is walking around it while it's turned off? That's one thing i can't stand about my 23 that my 19 never did. It's frankly embarrassing whenever I'm walking around mine while it's parked in the driveway and it starts randomly clicking away. If they still haven't ironed out whatever that is, or found away to insulate this noise a bit so it not so obnoxiously loud, I may skip upgrading for now.

Thanks for the pics and all the info thus far though. It's appreciated!

It finally has BlueCruise with lane-changing assistance and In-Lane Repositioning. Not sure which version, but it is at least 1.2

So they debut an all new Navigator and light the world up.
Then tell people they have to wait till November to even build one and or order it. I have witnessed more debuts than I can remember and Lincoln never fails to fail....

I could have at least ten orders done, built and paid for if I could.
YouTube, magazines and all else. It's all over. Clients calling me 'I want I want!'

To anyone who actually works above me AT FoMoCo or Lincoln we are losing sales with your lack of organization.

The vehicle itself is beautiful. Its presence will wow people and it'll sell.

I’m not just saying this because I recently purchased a 2024 Navigator for my wife and me, but I must admit that I'm not particularly impressed with the 2025 model. The release came just four weeks after we took ownership, and I was anxious they might unveil a game changer—thankfully, they didn’t!

While the exterior looks fantastic, especially from the rear (and honestly, from all angles), the interior leaves much to be desired. As a tech enthusiast, I expected more than the coast-to-coast screen; I was surprised to find that features like a heads-up display, air suspension, and optional drivetrains were missing.

Not sure if it includes video rear view mirror, built-in dash cam or recording capability, night vision, auto parking brake, etc.

Love the exterior but not feeling it in this color, and especially with those wheels.
