You are both so right, as generally the Concierge is a great resource for us as Lincoln consumers.....but, it can be subjective as to the individual that you get on the first call. Have had both levels of "caring" during 3 cases now and the difference can be quite glaring.I would call the Concierge back and request a buy back since you have been without your vehicle for that long. I have a buy-back that has been approved for my Corsair. We are just waiting on my Nautilus to get delivered.
When I requested the buy back they were very responsive and I had an answer in a much shorter time frame than they quoted.
But, having just opened a buy back case yesterday, at the recommendation of our sales & service managers, on ours (awaiting Lincoln "review and what are our options" conversation due next week) and Ms. Terry was awesome and very helpful with listening, reviewing cases, and helping me understand the whole process and timing. Fingers crossed as we wait and see.
