2024 delivery schedule

So far so good 36 miles ., lol
I just doubled the mileage on my Nautilus! 28 kms now. Picked up this morning but not without MORE drama!
I was on my way to pickup about 2 miles from dealer and sales guy called me to say that they just received the “ recommended delivery hold” due to fuel injector issue. After a number of calls to Lincoln rep etc …. they recognized the statement stated “recommend” but not full stop so I was able to bring it home.
On the way home I heard the “dreaded rattle” which sounded like it came from the passenger side rear seat belt. I had asked the dealer to ensure shocks were properly torqued so that wasn’t the issue.
I have to say though, moving from the 22 Corsair GT to this Nautilus FHEV the ride is much quieter and smoother in this new one!
I’m going to say at this point the entertainment system is working well but I made sure not to setup any profiles etc until I have a good understanding of all the settings( like that is ever going to happen)
Thanks for listening
Tim.

@TimCooper @olderbudweiser - Your hybrids may not need the injector fix that's presently being defined (may not have an affected VIN). Been chatting with someone who indicated they had multiple hybrids that are on the "need the fix" list, based on VIN, that that dealer segregated, but that they also had a recently received hybrid that wasn't on the list, so it was okay to do the final dealer prep/sale. Your dealers should be able to tell you if your vehicles are indeed not on the list of affected VINs. (so you won't be receiving the letter to come in and get injectors replaced once things are finalized).

Here is a handy guide that someone had posted earlier that may help you out in setting everything up in your new vehicle. Congratulations!

My order was placed April 12 and to date I have not received any information with regards to status. My salesperson stated that this plant does things a bit differently, the order is selected for scheduling but they don’t tell him when. I’m not sure what that means but i thought by now I would have heard something. I guess being located 45 minutes from the Oakville plant spoiled me.

Not sure if it matters but, looking back on emails, here are the dates and info I know of on our journey after seeing the first marketing ads:

2) Dealer email - confirmation of order with paper work email: May 5, 2023
3)
Lincoln Update email - order received confirmation: May 10, 2023
4)
Lincoln Update email - vehicle is scheduled for production: 11/17/2023
5)
Lincoln Update email - "While production of your vehicle was projected to begin November 27, 2023, supply-chain challenges continue to cause delays and uncertainty. We apologize for an inconenience and are working diligently to reduce delays to get you on the road in your new vehicle.": 12/19/2023
6)
Lincoln Update email - "Your vehicle is on its way. Current estimate for delivery to dealership is between January 25 and January 31, 2024.": 1/22/2024
7)

8)
Took delivery of vehicle - 2/29/2024

So my Nautilus was built March 7 and just today is marked Shipped. Does anyone know what the current shipping time is? Does this mean it is in China getting on a boat or in Portland getting on a train?

Shipped only means it left the factory. It'll likely get loaded in a ship either in the next couple of days or next couple of weeks. Overall, you're looking at two months to dealer on the plus side, up to three on the negative side.

So after it was built it took 2 months to move it out of the factory? If that is the case the 2028 models will be out before I get it!!

Mine also said shipped but never actually left the dock for 8 days. My Nautilus was Built on Mar. 9th said shipped on April 15th. Then an updated status on April 24th put a check mark on step shipped. Assuming that is when it left the dock.

You would think if mine was made two days before yours they should have shipped together. Unless my car was delayed due to all the hybrid issues. I ordered the Reserve III Hybrid model.

I also ordered R3 Hybrid, I am in Ontario, Canada so I am sure that makes a difference.

Not what I said. I said two months from shipped to arrival at your dealer. Mine is not a great example because it was during the early builds, but it was 11 days 'shipped' to boat departure, and 93 days 'shipped' to arrival at dealer.

Yes, I understand that. Sorry for any confusion. Mine was marked built on 3/7/24 and marked shipped on 5/6/24 which is the two months I was referring to. I was thinking two months from being built to being ready for shipping. The only thing I can think of is shipping was delayed due to all the hybrid issues since I ordered the Reserve III Hybrid.

My Hybrid that was built 3/1/2024 was also marked as shipped today - 5/6/2024. Three weeks ago my dealer said it looked like it was on a boat in the Pacific....Guess I'll have them check again

Three weeks ago my dealer told me mine was in the U.S. I guess we just have to keep on waiting.

All of you should be asking your dealer for a VINView screenshot, map, events, or both. Once it ships from the factory, this is the best (albeit not always accurate) method to track your vehicle.
