2024 delivery schedule

True, but my car is not onboard in this photo. The picture was taken last October in Mexico. It's just the railcar my vehicle is in now. You can see the TTGX 922246 tag at the bottom. Here is a better picture of the tag.

I got the railcar number from my dealer via VINView. I mentioned this a page or two ago on this thread.
Thanks. That's cool.

You might try the Maverick forum. Some members there give detailed instructions on tracking rail cars. Heck some can even see the speed of the train.
Thank you. I have tried the Maverick forum, and the Bronco, F150, MachE, Blue Oval, Ford Authority, reddit…everywhere, really. I've tried everything out there. I believe it was possible 2-3 years ago, but generally the different carriers only show their own tracking data and BNSF now secures their access with a user ID and password voice prompt. There's a couple of guys that had advertised tracking BNSF for you, but those are all old. I don't see anything current.

It's fine. I can track via VINView periodically. But I was going to wait until Friday for that and I'm really curious if the railcar is routing through Denver 🙂, Kansas City 😐, or Chicago 🙁.

Glovis Countess made it to Tacoma at around 6 AM PT this morning. Hopefully, it will turn around and get it's big hull over to Portland soon.
So, Glovis Countess is just now leaving Tacoma and is headed to Korea - what now? My car still hasn’t updated. I will obviously check in with the dealer, but they aren’t the best at giving info, just wanted your thoughts.

Are all of you waiting for hybrids only or what? Can’t believe nobody here has gotten their car yet? Tracking ships and trains and NO delivery yet?

The first hybrids are starting to be delivered, mine, I believe, was the ship after most on this thread. My car was thought to be on a ship that’s now headed for Korea and to my knowledge my car still isn’t in the US. It’s a frustrating wait, but there isn’t much that can be done. I appreciate the tracking so help with expectation of delivery.

All I can say is wtf? I know when I called it Glovis Countess, I wasn't 100%, but everything seemed to have tracked. We have not seen a Ford/Lincoln delivered from Shanghai since 1/31, so it's not like it slipped passed us. I can't research at night, but I'll look some tomorrow. I think it would be worth asking your dealer for a VinView trace.

No it is not. They are only building 100-150 per year. you will be waiting a long time for them to notify you to select options and place the order. That should be all on this.

Nothing I was just saying I found another car like the Nautilus all screen that looked really nice and I joined the waitlist for it today.
One has to really love the screen just to buy a Celestiq. Could have just gone with Lyriq. $300k js a lot of pay for a Cadillac.

Yea it looks really nice. I love the screen inside. I originally wanted the IQ and ended up getting the Celestiq. I only buy some of my cars most of my cars are leased through my businesses. I wouldn't buy the Celestiq that is something I would lease because I would change it out year 1-2 years.

I will let you know if I get any intel from the dealer, if you find out anything tomorrow please let me know. I will try looking at ships coming into Portland - I can’t imagine it being at sea much longer, it’s already been over a month and is past the ETA. Thank for the help. :)

I understand everyone’s frustration. Try and hang in there. Yes, I have my car and I believe the wait is worth it. Hoping your cars come quickly. You’ll be glad you persevered. 👍🤞🙏

@Shopaholik, all I can offer today is (a) I reviewed VINView tracking and as I've said about a couple of other ships, I can guarantee that the VINView tracks are showing us the Glovis Countess. Everything matches down the line and there are no other ships even close to matching that footprint.

And (b) as far as not stopping at Portland, all I can say is that GC dropped off 1,249 Hyundai vehicles at Richmond, and I see no import records for Tacoma at this point. It may have been picking up exports at Tacoma, or the import records may just not be available yet. I did see it on the Portland schedule at one time, but I have no theory as to why it would skip over that stop entirely.

Perhaps VINView was wrong the entire time and your vehicle was on another ship? I think the only way we'll figure it out is to get more information from Lincoln.

So weird, I did email my dealer, though I will likely have to follow up a few times to get the information. At this point I’d really like to know what’s going on. It’s very odd. I know I still have a wait, but would like to know it’s on US soil and not lost at sea. I did wonder if it was dropped at Tacoma, but my car still hasn’t updated, we’ll see if it does tomorrow - last date still shows 1/17. I really appreciate your insight, I had no idea you could tell what they are doing in port. I also checked vehicle vessels with my rookie experience I’ve accrued over the last few days, and could not find any other ship that made sense. I will update as soon as I have more info. Thanks again!

My hybrid is on final prep. Finally arrived.
Calling the dealer to request no stickers/decals and trying to get some all weather mats worked into the deal.

I always tell mine...unless you're paying me to advertise, take it off.

Has anyone who has a build date for next week received their VIN?

Yup. Even the plate frames have to go. I bring my own.
I will usually wait till I get home for that. but I might bring some this time. I often go without frames altogether. But in Florida we don't need front like I did in Texas.
