2024 delivery schedule

So then would you say that it was possible that my vehicle was released from the plant, loaded on to a vessel, and shipped as in left China for Portland all in the same day, and that is why it didn't update past that day.
What else would it update to? What else would have happened? It takes weeks to get to the U.S.

Also, I'm not saying that's what happened. I said it's possible. If your Last Update is 1/31 and the dealer says it's on the water as of that date, then that's likely what happened. Ask for a VINView. It has not only the visual track, but a log of events as the vehicle was processed.

I've been to that distribution center in Livonia. Helm has been providing manuals for the big 3 for a long, long time. It used to be that right after we bought the car, we bought the repair manual. 😄

Did you buy it, or did they ship it to your for free to your house.

Last time I checked every salesman had a sales manager. Have you given it any thought whatsoever to pester him instead of the poor guys trying to help answer your numerous questions about your shipment? I only know of one person on the forum that works at a dealership. Pretty much everyone of us are in the exact same situation as you. Your dealer has the answers. Try going down to the dealership and not leave until you have the answers you need.

Just a thought and my own opinion.

The dealership is 2 hours away from my house. The nearest one to me isn't a black label so I had to drive 2 hours just to order it.

What was the status on yours. What's it update to today. Which one did you order. Ours also might be on the same ship was your window sticker avaible to you?

@Lars5457 and @agogley both were on the Glovis Chorus. Their ship arrived in Portland before your vehicle left the factory. They believe the status update means their vehicle was loaded onto a railcar and is shipping to the dealer. It's been in Portland for the last 18 days.

If your dealer says it's on the water, but doesn't know what VINView is, then we can't tell you any more than that either. I would be suspicious of what he says he knows. Call the Lincoln Concierge.

My dealer is an hour drive one way. I ordered mine via the Lincoln build website. The dealer replied via email, we sent texts and emails back and forth and the order was placed on the same day within an hour.

Whats wrong with calling your dealer and ask for the sales manager and ask him to email you a screenshot of VinView? If the Sales Manager doesn't know what it is, ask him to speak with his boss. I guarantee SOMEONE at that dealership knows what a VinView is.

I am in the same boat as you and everyone else on this forum. To my knowledge, not a single Hybrid Nautilus has been sold or delivered to a customer or a dealership. As I said, most if not everyone here are gumshoe investigators trying to discover where's Waldo (Nautilus). Asking a bunch of simple minded questions over and over because you haven't received the answer that tickles your eyes is beyond crazy in my opinion. YOUR DEALER has the answers about your order. Make him earn your money.

Have a nice evening. The car will arrive when it arrives and not a second sooner.
 
Got my floor mas and ordered my owners manual. The mats are a nice quality with Nautilus printed on them and Lincoln logos. My friend is going to take delivery of her ice next week. I am going to see if the cargo shade cover fits from my 2020. If it does I will keep it before trading.
