I'm going to go out on a flimsy limb here and guess Silver Sky.
It's a smaller vehicle carrier, (probably okay for Canadian shipments) it's in the right part of the ocean and it's headed to New Westminster from Korea. It'll arrive on the 26th. It did NOT stop in Shanghai, but here's my limb part. I'm going to guess that the vehicle changed ships in Korea. Maybe they had a problem with the other ship, or maybe they had a scheduling problem. Maybe the first ship was scheduled for 1/24, but because of the problem was delayed to 2/6, creating that second event, but they changed ships and got it underway only suffering a two day delay and now it's arriving around the 26th. That's a BIG maybe, but it didn't have to unfold exactly like that.
It could also kinda explain that track jutting out into the Pacific. Silver Sky came from LA to Korea, which would likely have that track coming into Korea. (That tracking history page does not touch Shanghai.) I think the Lincoln VINView app is now tracking the last X days on Silver Sky. Even though the vehicle changed ships, it's not able to show history from two ships.
Yeah, I know this is a reach, but the only other thing that would make sense is that the vehicle is being transported on a regular freight ship. That's possible, but I'm going to place $1 (that's a US dollar, btw) that it's Silver Sky.
