2023 Corsair orders, build dates

Getting so close though! I'm staying optimistic for all of us!
Have you called your dealer. The tracker indicated vehicle was shipped on April 27th. Dealer said its been in Orlando more than a week. Dealer knows exactly where your vehicle is.

Well...I"m a bit behind all of you I think. I just got my window sticker and blend date end of last week. My build/blend date is 5/11 so I'm thinking it will be closer to mid June before I am in your shoes waiting on delivery to my dealer.

Sorry my bad. Thought your vehicle was in transit.

No worries! Excited for all of you! Can't wait to see pictures and videos soon!
As an fyi. The tracker is not up to date. Mine said shipped on the 27th of April. When in fact was already at the Orlando depot.

Plant is in Louisville, correct? And I'm in SC (close to Atlanta though) so I'm hoping my shipping goes fast!!

Can't you just take an Uber and go pick the cars up yourself?

my understanding was no. some minor things and paperwork are still done after the vehicle arrives at the dealership. but I'm sure someone else knows more about this than I do and can weigh in....

Before anyone thinks me a union hater, let me say I was a UAW member for a number of years.
My observations lead me to believe the UAW was not my cup of tea.

Teamsters would have something to say about that. Vehicle deliveries are all union.
Sounds like just anti union nonsense.

Union or not what is a fact is your dealer has its hooks into the cars with dealer add ons that they would not voluntarily give up the opportunity to sell. When I ordered, dealer pushed list added up to a couple of thousand. I don't recall if I'm left with any but did insist on no tinted windows, a dealer add on that my dealer considers a dealer default that everyone gets.

Also, you can be sure there is some desirable, maybe even necessary, prep/checking such as cleaning and liquids.

Sorry if you don't like facts.

Spent 5 years as a UAW employee working on an assembly line. Saw first hand what goes on. I could share stories, I would be labeled a liar.

If any dealer tries to add on to my vehicle I walk. It's very simple. Always have a backup plan. If you were ever hustled by a dealer that's on you.
