2023 Corsair orders, build dates

Hi, @olderbudweiser —

Since you have two Corsairs on order, I have to ask: were all the window stickers for one of the Corsairs? Or were some of the window stickers split between your two orders? Since you never clarify, I'm sorry I have to keep asking.

My situation is weird because my Lincoln Concierge got me an order number and VIN for my Corsair GT (I have a window sticker for that), but I also have a different order number and different VIN for my Corsair GT (no window sticker for that one). I only ordered one Corsair GT but I'm tracking two.

No problem. Window stickers were all for the reserve.
Reserve ordered Oct 10, 2022

The GT sits at priority 2. No window sticker, no vin.
My GT order was on Dec 29th 2022

Got the same email at the same time but mine went into spam folder. My Standard has been in production since 3/28 and still shows in production through the new email link. My dealer said it was built last Thursday but will check in today for any updates. He had said a rail transport problem was holding it up. We will see. Anyone has a built Corsair yet? Maybe we can charter a bus and go to Louisville to pick up our new rides if they ever get built.

I got an email telling me it would be delivered to my dealer between 4/27 and 5/3. 2 days later I got another email telling me about the supply chain issues and I would be the first to know when my car was built. WHAT! I called the dealership and they assure me the car has been built but they aren’t releasing them yet. He was sure why. My first experience with Lincoln and not a very good one

That’s insane ! If the car is built why would the supply chain issues matter to your car ? I hope they didn’t find more software issues or something like that. I’m hoping for you it shows up unannounced on time lol

The "supply chain issue" could be fully tested software. Now I don't feel so bad that I can't even get my priority changed from 10 to 2. Maybe they will iron out all the wrinkles before mine is built.

This is beyond an embarrassment and it will probably be the last Lincoln I ever buy...assuming they can ever even get me the car I ordered 7 months ago!

This is beyond an embarrassment and it will probably be the last Lincoln I ever buy...assuming they can ever even get me the car I ordered 7 months ago!

Initally Ford used Chyna flu as an excuse for supply chain issues. Two years later, still leaning on that issue. IMO it has more to do with the climate at Ford and their inability to hire and promote the personal with the correct skills. again my opinion.

So just got off phone with salesman. Turns out our corsair has been sitting in Orlando depot for about week and half. Waiting on a truck to deliver to dealer.
Guess thats good and bad. He dd say they have several Corsairs sitting there waiting.
