I hope they can remedy this situation quickly. You mentioned waiting to order the 2023 next month- do you have any info on the 23? I can’t find any anywhere.

Hi Tcrowe. This is the latest production information for end of the 2022 model year and runup/beginning of the 2023 Navigator model year:
- 03/04/2022 - 2022MY Fleet Final Order Due Date
- 06/30/2022 - 2022MY Last Day to Spec Change
- 09/11/2022 - 2022MY Job Last Date
- 06/15/2022 - 2023MY Order Bank Open Date
- 07/14/2022 - 2023MY Scheduling Begins
- 09/12/2022 - 2023MY Job #1 Date
There will not be much information available until the Dealer Order Guide is released, which usually occurs when the Order Bank opens (currently 6/15/22).

My dealer is telling me Ford is no longer building *ANY* Pristine White BL L - he's offered to get me a black non-L, but it's not what I need so I'm going to call the concierge on Tuesday.
I just tried to build one on the Lincoln site and there's no special edition package anymore from what I was able to see. A dealership near me has a chrome caviar special edition on order. From the pics stock pics, it looks really nice but I know it's not what you ordered.

I'll call the concierge on Tuesday and see what they say - at this point I wouldn't mind a 2023, and I can wait, but I'm worried about a lucy football situation ... maybe I'll order both a 'Gator and a Yukon XL and see what happens.
It's a bummer because I really like the Navigator, but I'm also fortunate to even consider such a vehicle so maybe that's the takeaway

I owned a Yukon XL before I bought my 2019 Navigator, there is no comparison as far as the ride…driving a Navigator is like floating down the street compared to the Yukon. Make sure you test drive both before you decide, even if you have to test drive a ‘21 Navigator.Thanks to you both!

Definitely! Unfortunately it'll probably come down to what I can actually get versus what I want.
The 21+ gms feel very different compared to previous gens. Apparently the air suspended trucks drove better than the 21 fords, but some reviewers are saying the 22 fords drive slightly better than the same gms.
Talk to the dealer and my vehicle is arriving on lot today or tomorrow. I got the shipped email from Lincoln on 5/23 so just over a week from factory to dealership (hopefully). I’ll update pictures once I take delivery.
I would like to get everyone’s opinion on the protective film wrap. Is it worth it? Dealership said $1800 for the hood and front end or $3600 to include the doors. ($7k for the entire car).

It’s nice that your dealer is tracking that for you. Every time I ask my sales person, he states that they track it the same way we do. I’m pretty sure he could find out more details if he really wanted to.
Mine was shipped as of Sunday so I’m hoping mine gets to me as fast as yours is getting to you.
Well to be fair I talked with them last week and they said they had no idea when it would show up. The aftermarket accessories sales guy called me to sell me the protective film and he is the one that told me it’ll be there today or tomorrow. He could be completely wrong, but he seemed to know more than the sales manager. The sales manager said usually by the time they get the transit paperwork the vehicle is already on the lot.
Somehow I just don’t believe lincoln and the dealerships have $100k vehicles being transported around the country without tracking. I think they just don’t say anything so customers aren’t calling to pester them.
Ordered a 22’ Reserve L Dec 20th. Original email was early March for production and it got bumped a few times. The settled on April 11th week. Since then no updates and weekly I login and no change. Still does in production. Called dwarf a few times and they say the same thing. What’s the longest you guys have seen “in production” I’m in the 8th week now. I am looking on cars.com seeing if another dealer happens to have an incoming order which is the same or very similar, but no luck.
Sure hope it arrives before Summer roadtrips!

What exactly did you order?
It’s a Reserve L, 4x4, Ocean Drive Metallic, sandstone interior,Equipment Group 201A, Heavy Duty Towing package, pass thru middle seats.
I randomly got a text from my dealer about 30 min ago saying they are now expecting it in July. I guess end of the month they were checking the status on incoming shipments.
Hoping it’s before July!

Talked to my salesperson today and he said he was about to call several people with Navigator orders whose haven’t been Built, to tell them that massage seats will not be included in their vehicle, in the front or the back. Yikes!
Ouch. I was reading that they stopped adding them to the ford explorers as of last week.
