2022 Navigator

He is getting an Aviator. It sucks he is still pending, but the production process once "In Production" has been moving faster for Navigators to this point that I have seen.

That makes me feel better… sort of!

Someday we’ll all laugh about this period in time.

Certainly makes you appreciate delivery even that much more. Long thread. I ordered 10/21 on a Lincoln buyback, so I was Priority Code 2, h=which is almost as good as you can get. Delivered last week, so I imagine you will get good news soon if you are in production.

Anyone? Bueller....?
Haven’t tried it yet but this procedure may turn it off. Not sure if it turns off the seatbelt chime, as well. I wear my seatbelt but I agree wait for the screen to stop nagging is not great. Found it in the owners manual 56039835-D2E1-43B9-A774-C0C3CD8B1868.webp

Thanks, yes I tried that multiple times and couldn't tell that it did anything.

If anyone is wondering, and, hey, why wouldn't you be, lol, I discovered something in the tachometer display. The "vehicle" in the instrument cluster will reside in the tachometer display unless you use the right steering wheel toggle to go to "Driver Assistance". Then, as in the second pic, the vehicle moves to the center if you have the tachometer displaying.

Now, the interesting part is that on the tachometer itself, unless my vehicle is malfunctioning, the white line that denotes the RPMs is only present in that Driver Assistance mode. Not sure why, but there you go.

Hey, gimme a break, it's early and I'm still having coffee.

Folks, here is my status update:

My Gator has been Sent offsite due to MicroChip At Plant ONHOLD.

It has been Built Since April 21st [Activate Vehicle showed up in my Lincoln's App]
Dealer Delievery ETA shows: May 22 ~ May 28th.

Anyone else in the same boat?

Picked up some extra flying yesterday, so I was able to use ActiveGlide on I-88 and I-294 here in the Chicago area. Worked great. This may shock some of you, lol, but some people on a FB group are complaining that they are constantly warned to watch the road. I didn't have that experience yesterday or this morning when I got back.

It works great. And, it seems to keep the truck in the middle of the lane. It will tell you to put your hands on the wheel for various things such as sharper than normal curves in the road.

Anyway, I love it.

Also, I have used my hands free lift gate opening quite a bit, and it works much better than in my 2020. Not sure if my technique is just better or if they have improved it.

I got a call from my dealership Friday that my order is stuck “In Production” for several more weeks, minimum, with no estimate on delivery. Considering going another route.

Just got an email from Lincoln pushing my build out a week from June 13 to June 20. Can’t say I’m surprised but I am disappointed.

Didn’t you order in October/November? I had a May 9th build week that got pushed one week but I’m just waiting for it to get bumped again.

Ordered 10/23 but apparently there was a long shortage on black interior. No clue what the issue is now. I need a dang vehicle!

I’m almost certain it was once listed on the tracking page, but now you have me second guessing myself. 😂
Once your vehicle going into the “scheduled for production” stage and have a vin # you’ll be able to see a new estimate build date. From there you’ll be able to “track my order”.

our dealer just gave us a 2022 Nav to have for the weekend. what an incredible ride! it is blk with the monochromatic package and looks so good. the sound system is so much better than the platinum and limited trucks. the ultra glide is so cool. I had a 2021 Aviator and it was a great ride but this is totally different. Any negative feedback that we should be aware of from your experiances?

It really is a fun new design, Active Glide is really cool also.

There is a page on Facebook called "2022 Navigator". The things that people are starting to complain about or question is mind boggling. No TPMS on the spare. Fuel filler door does not lock. Keep your eyes on the road. Can't make this up. I can't believe anyone would buy a Lincoln knowing those things right there.
