Maybe there IS hope for those of us with black interior since you got scheduled. Fingers and toes are crossed we get scheduled soon.

I ordered my Navigator in December also. I was told last month, if I switched to the tan interior, my car would be built sooner. I declined. I, too, have a 5/23 production date.

Thanks, I have not received the email yet. I got a text from a friend at Ford, who helped me with the purchase. I’ll be looking for it.

For me it was three and a half months. It was the email from Lincoln that provided the build date. Mine was a Reserve and it looks like they are generally honoring Black Label orders first.
Within the last hour, I refreshed my app and I now have "Activate Vehicle" on the Home tab. Good sign since I was told last week today is my build date.

I ordered my 2022 Reserve back on 12-16-21. After being bumped a few times, now looking at April 11, 2022 scheduled to be built, I have a question.
I never saw a great print out of all the options when I paid my small deposit. I had the bulk of the options but never like a clear line by line of each iption and feature. I kind of felt like the dealer “had a guy” in the back who submits the orders. My salesman was relaying info but my OCD was in overdrive not being able to see all options to verify 100% was was submitted and what was available and what was not.
That said, when tracking my order I see order details, but no where do I see the “Power illuminated running boards”. Under “exterior” it has the tire size, 22” bright machine wheel, 3.73 rear axle, ocean drive blue metallic color. I would think it would shows the illuminated running boards here, but it does not.
I see in the product brochure online it does have that on the reserves. I want to confirm the power illuminated running boards are standard on ALL reserves.
I just want to be sure there were no surprises and it was a special package or something I don’t have to get the illuminated running boards.
The window sticker is not available yet for my vehicle.
Any help appreciated.

This one seems to match alot of people's orders.
You should have an Order Summary or something similar with what you ordered. The brochure or Order Guide, which you can download, will show what you are getting based on that.
This would be the one I'd get if I could.
Hi H-Town. The Dealer Order Guide for the 2022 Navigator lists the "Power Deployable Illuminated Running Boards – Painted Ebony" as standard equipment on the Reserve trim level.
In the future, don't be afraid to slow things down during the buying process and ask questions. We are spending a lot of money when purchasing a new vehicle, and the salesperson can take the time to slow down and explain things. If they go to fast, politely ask them to slow down so you can ask questions and understand. And always bring a calculator and notepad...lol.

Finally making progress on the Shop.Lincoln.com website. Went from “your custom vehicle order is in our system“ to “your vehicle is being manufactured to your specifications” and I can now view the window sticker. 4x2 Reserve with luxury package, flight blue w/sandstone ordered 10/19/21.
I now have the "Wifi Hotspot" in the Vehicle tab. No email or indication from Lincoln it was built yet.
Hi BL. Generally speaking, if the modem has been activated, then the vehicle has been "built".
That being said, we cannot know if there are any holds on your Navigator for computer chips or other parts/commodities which may delay shipping.
For that, you will need to wait to hear from Lincoln (or "cyberdman"...lol).
