2025 Navigator Issues

Same here. Definitely reach out to concierge see if they can do anything about you being out of your vehicle. It’s so disappointing that you’re in this position. I’m right there with you. I’ll be taking mine back in after my trip to OK. Here’s to a 1400 mile trip with vibration that feels more like the ride of a military cargo plane than that of Lincoln’s finest.

The ride of these new Navigators has been extremely poor IMO... I drive my wife's Escalade on the same roads as my '25 Navi and it's night and day difference... not sure why Ford was so hesitant to do an air suspension, but if anyone truly comparison shops a Navi vs Escalade, they'll realize GM has the distinct advantage there.

The one area GM does NOT have an advantage at all, is their V8 engines... my wife's Escalade has a notice to fix her engine ... once GM figures out just how to do that for all of the ones failing in the past few years.

I'm hopeful the Concierge can do something, but at the end of the day, what can they do ... other than go off their script and apologize for all of the issues that are still ongoing.

Hi chadwx. Lincoln Concierge can accomplish a lot, if we are polite, relay information in a logical/comprehensive manner, and get a knowledgeable concierge rep.

Keep us updated and good luck.

That’s honestly why I haven’t went to Cadillac my neighbor is going through hell with his. I feel engine issues are more of a horrible thing to deal with then ride. Every time he thinks the issue is fixed something else comes up with it. Honestly Cadillac is trying to squeeze to much efficiency out of an engine that should have been replaced with a turbo V6 that was more reliable.
