2025 Navigator

I have to watch what photo are taken of the Trucks & Suvs and I obviously can't share anything from inside the plant.
However here are a few photos of the Navigators from just a minute ago sitting outside. The first one is just a test vehicle but the others are not.
Man I really would like to know if any of those are Black Labels with Atmospheric theme which is a light gray/white interior?

I have customers wanting to order that. It's the only light color interior for black label shown around and in the order guide. Yet it's not on Lincoln.com for build and price. Nor can I seem to do it internally? Literally 3 car deal. Cash. Wants Atmospheric?

Anyone?

For b&p, only the black label l has the atmospheric theme. The copper metallic and atmospheric theme is otberwordly.

Sorry that's not information passed on to me. I'm way far away from the production area that installs the interiors of the Navigator. That information would probably be available to those employees and on the build sheets for the Navigator themselves. Give it some time and more of that type of information will slowly start to trickle out but I know that doesn't help you at the moment.
Full production just started on the 2025 Expedition & Navigator so alot of information like this is kept from everyone and we don't find out anything until we actually are in the middle of building them.

Just recieved notice from Lincoln that my Navigator L Black Label has a build date scheduled for March 24. Recieved the VIN # with that notice. I ordered it on 10/28.
Can anyone tell me how long it typically takes to build this vehicle, and how long can it sit in Louisville before it gets shipped to my dealer. I understand that delays could take place and these dates will probably change.
Just wordering. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

@MPerk start to finish is typically a day or two. Not sure how long it will sit in Louisville. Its a new refresh, so depends on how Q&A is going. Also, depends on where you are located in the country...will it need to go by rail vs truck...several variables in play.

I will let everyone know we just came back to work from a two week Christmas/ New Years break.
We also just had a big winter storm come thru that is making it difficult to get parts in. So we are running about 3 weeks behind schedule at the moment but once things get back on track they will bump production up to around 11 - 11.5 hours per shift to make up for that lost time.
None of this is anything out of the normal though.
I'm just letting you know what's going on the production side of things and wanted everyone to know that I have no knowledge of when Ford/Lincoln will actually release the Navigator or Expedition to dealers.
I'm just an hourly employee who has worked in the Paint Shop for 27 years at this plant.
in the VIN #, what position are the paint code, and what is the paint code for a 2025 navi L , sunrise copper pearl metallic

tpjc1018-Thanks for the info. I appreciate it very much. I'm in the Naperville Area in Illinois so I don't think it would be too long of a transport, maybe a week or two. I did a google search for this answer and found some posts stating 7 weeks to build it. I found that hard to believe after reading many posts on this site. This site is the bomb for someone looking for some accurate/good information. Thanks again

[td]We’re happy to inform you that your 2025 Navigator L Black Label has been scheduled for production. The production process is estimated to begin the week of March 10, 2025.

In your Built Order Status email, we will provide an estimated delivery window indicating when your vehicle will arrive at Ray Pearman Lincoln, Inc. While you wait, you can check the status of your vehicle at any time by clicking below.

In 2017, I ordered a 2018 ford expedition. The order was placed when the order banks opened, about mid june. Production began around the end of September, between 25 to 30th. The ok to ship was issued after about 3 weeks, so mid to late October. My build date was November 25th. I used the tracker to track the progress of my build. It was in transit status for almost 2 months. I was living in Delaware at the time so it came by train, with the ship yard outside Philadelphia. Truck wasn't delivered until January 8th the following year.

Normally it should only take two or three days for your Navigator to get completely through the entire build process all depending on what days of the week it comes through.
Now with this being total redesign and not a refresh of Lincoln's flagship vehicle the build process will be extremely slow for the first month or so as they will be very concerned about quality because so much has changed. Production numbers each day will be low until they are done nitpicking every little thing on these vehicle's. Once everything in all areas has meet Lincoln's quality standards then production numbers will start to ramp up.
So it's really hard to say how long your Navigator might be here at the plant before it's released to the dealership. With a build data of March 24th everything here should be back to running at full production capacity by that time.

Hi Grizzz. According to this “Ford Authority” article, the paint code for Sunrise Copper Metallic Pearlcoat is “LT”.

Good luck.

Here is all the paint code information on the 2025 Expeditions & Navigators
For the Vin number location on paint I'm not completely sure because the Vin numbers are not on the vehicles coming through the paint shop and I've never really needed that information before.
