After over a month since purchasing the ESP it still had not appeared in the Lincoln Way app. I contacted Granger and received the following response. Just passing it along for information.
"Unfortunately, I am not for sure if it is the same as the Ford Pass app issue. But it may be:
Ford Pass App had an update with their app and the warranties are no longer showing with in Ford Pass. They are aware that they are no longer available in the app. Ford Pass is trying to fix this issue. There is nothing further our dealership can do when it comes to the Ford Pass App at this time.
Your plan is attached to your
VIN, which is how other dealerships will see that you have an active ESP warranty."
