The dealer in Ft Myers gives no priority to the Nautilus injector issue. I both called and then I visited in person with the service manager. Their view is that they are scheduling recalls for August and that they are all “safety” recalls. I guess to them there are not different degrees of safety nor does it matter how far a person has to drive to get back home. Really disappointing service…
My dealer is Parks Lincoln in Longwood which is probably 3-4 hours from you. I knew about the CSP but was procrastinating. THE DEALER CALLED ME! The just called me out of the blue and said "hey, we have the parts in stock to do the CSP" (ironically I got the letter from Lincoln the same day). I had my wife call them back and schedule an appointment. They came to my house, picked up the car, and returned it. They texted and called during the process. They did all five CSP items and checked out the struts/shocks per my request (I don't notice any problem but I've read the various complaints and wanted them checked out).
If you get out to Orlando, I'd recommend going there. The CSPs took about a day.
If the dealer is like this, I may actually have regular service done there (Assuming it isn't super expensive).
If doing full resets are needed during the life of the vehicle to clear software issues, where you end up deleting everything I would recommend a way to save profiles (like an editable xml file) in the cloud so you can quickly restore basic data. If they have gone the google route, then once you sign into using your credentials it can load it into the car just like when you do google maps and you can send to car. A parallel is to be able to configure some non-profile vehicle aspects via the My Lincoln app.

In case you haven't discovered this yet, until they fix the bug you can keep the Easy Entry/Exit seat position from moving forward too soon by unlinking the key in "Settings > Profile > Unlink Key."
If you have more than one profile then you can use the memory buttons on the door to tell the car who is driving since it won't recognize the different key fobs after unlinking.

But if you have 2 fobs in the car how does it know which profile to use unless it defaults to last used? The doorbuttons control just the seats and mirrors right?

For hybrid owners, put a rib or something raised to be able to detect the proper button for rear deck or gas door by feel. Thr buttons are slippery smooth, under a ledge, and symbols lack contrast especially when wearing sunglasses. I actuated both at same time since finger slipped
For the steering controls on left side, have the highlight surround color brighter or more contrasty. Again, with sunglasses it is hard to see. Of course the 11.1 display should be brighter.
For me living in NC, a max cool button on the lower row of climate controls is more useful than max defrost. Iff your finger slips it is easy to actuate since it is next to the seat button that reveals the detailed menu. It could be configurable. There is a button dedicated to max defrost too so redundant. Move max cool to top.

I think the 3D camera could be improved and instead of using red and orange colors to show how close you are to hitting something, how about red and yellow. I find the red and orange colors are too similar and hard to distinguish.
Mercedes has a nice feature which works about 60% of the time, which is when you pull into a parking spot, the camera automatically comes up, so you can see how good a job you did getting between the parking lines.
