My 2023 Nautilus:
07 18 23 on the window sticker, bottom center in the Box under "MSRP"....Assembly Line Completion Date/Build Date? (I believe it is)
08/16/2023 Bottom Center of Window Sticker, Below & Outside of the MSRP Box...Date of Sticker Generation? (Added Final Dest/Delivery Point etc.)
7/23 The date on the Door Jamb Label...Manufacturing Month and Year. (Manufacturer Label)
A Few Engine Compt. Cable & Harness Tags Dates I Noted:
05/17/23 Ground to Eng Block Cable
06/20/23 Battery Ground to Chassis Ground Lug
07/06/23 Eng. Harness to Master Fuse/Relay Box
A few notes:
To Swindlers Point, Seems like an "after the factory" generation of the sticker is what we see, as 2 dates are noted. On Mine they are about a month apart. I believe the date in the box under the MSRP is the build date, and below that outside the box is the Dealer Delivery Date.
Traditionally speaking, (in the automobile restoration hobby we use this to assess original parts on the vehicle as installed on assembly line) it is generally accepted that assembly line date coded components usually fall in the range of the month of build of the assembly, or any time prior up to 3 months before build date.
These days, with "just in time" inventory & component shortage issues, I would expect component dates to easily fall well within 3 mos. of assembly, and even less!
