2024 delivery schedule

I’m watching a few ships that were in Shanghai between 15th and 19th. The problem is that until one of them turns towards Portland there’s no way to be sure which one it is. I can eliminate some based on someplace else they go but the ones bouncing between ports in China and Korea can’t be eliminated as possibles. If I had somebody’s vinview showing a time and location I could figure out the ship. I’ve not had success with my dealer.
Isn’t the Jiuyang Blossom due in Portland on 12/29?

We are not talking about that shipment. we are talking about the next shipment that left on the 18th. Glovis Star is the only one I see presently. I know it previously went to Egypt, but these ships can vary their final destination.

Which are you watching?

Mine built 10/29 shipped 11/8. My dealer said that the shipping date was the day it left the factory. I just got an update that it will arrive between 1/24 and 1/30.
I have the same ship date. What vicinity is your dealership, if you don't mind me asking.

Why can't I get this from my dealer? Ugh. I feel like I need to go in to see the Sales Manager in person and have him look myself rather than going through salesman.
Go in and ask them to show you the VinView on it.

It's occurred to me. I may do that say next week when there is more time. Right now I tell my salesman to have his boss run it and then he sends me some photo of part of a printout of it. And I feel like a jerk to some degree to keep asking for these updates because of sheer excitement and curiosity.

Which are you watching?
Pathfinder
Talisman
Glovis Chorus
Glovis Star

The last two are the most likely with the Chorus being the one that left on the 18th. Both Glovis ships are owned by Hyundai which is a fact somebody else said they heard. So those two are the ones I'm paying most attention to.

I need to get my vinview with a map...or somebody else's and I could tell you exactly which one it is.

EDIT: In the 24 Nautilus FB group, somebody has info that the ship is owned by Hyundai Globes. That's the Chorus.

don’t feel like a jerk, I keep asking mine as well. Im trying to hold off another week since mine came into port a couple days ago.

Yes, but now 12/31. That Ship left Shanghai on December 6th...and my ship date was 12/7. So I'm assuming that my vehicle is not on it. But my dealer said my car is due February 2nd. Not sure if that meant in the U.S, or at the dealer. I don't see how it can possibly be the dealer. But at the same time, I don't think a ship will take a month and a half. The Platinum Ray took 30 days and made 8 stops.

2 1/2 weeks tops to Portland. Early February is not out of the question as long as EPA numbers come out with window sticker. No, crash data is not required. The last 3 vehicles(evs-I am going away from) I have purchased since Feb 22 have had no crash data. I am having my sales manager send me a screenshot of vinview. He is now saying 40 days to eastern US from Portland, according to the system.

That sounds awfully long. When I would order cars from Germany the receiving port was Houston. It was generally around seven days if I remember correctly, that the car would be at the dealer once it got to Houston. Chicago area btw. I get Portland is farther but not THAT far. Now if the timeframe has to do with hybrids and EPA delays that’s a different story.

I dunno. It was 10 days for my 2019 edge from Oakville to CT (500 miles). I imagine 3000 miles will take considerably longer.

Does anyone know if their vehicle has left Portland?

Somebody in the 2024 Nautilus Facebook Group posted that she got an email from her dealer saying the car was on the way to the dealer and that it will arrive between 1/24/24 - 1/30/24 (that's more than 30 days from port to dealer). There was somebody else who said they were given a date between 12/25/23 and 1/6/24 (within the 12-28 day timeframe).

The ships are taking about 15 days to Portland once they actually leave the Yellow Sea/East China Sea. The first ship, the Platinum Ray, stopped 8 times and took almost 30 days to get to Portland once it left Shanghai. The next ship, the Jiuyang Blossom didn't make many stops and will take 23-27 days total Shanghai to Portland. The next ship we expect after that is the Glovis Chorus which left on the 18th and is currently doing circles near the port of Yantai.

So I expect my car is on that ship as I doubt it made the Blossom. So if my dealer says my car is due February 2nd, I can see it how it might happen...but seems unrealistic given I would expect the Chorus to arrive in Portland around January 18th. I suppose it could come in 10 days earlier...but again, seems very optimistic.

My dealer sent a screenshot of vinview. It identifies the ship as Glovis in the vicinity of Yantai. It is the Chorus. We have the ship and hybrid window stickers(EPA).

I may have to go to my dealer and show them what they can pull off of vinview because I'm not getting even close to this level of detail.

But having figured out it was the Chorus on my own....

What I don't like is that according to the tracking app, the Chorus is now 2 days overdue and isn't on the "expected" list for the port. For the past 2 days it has been doing circles near Yantai. update: appears to be in port now.

Your dealer has the window sticker for your vehicle? But it's not on the Lincoln website, right?
