2023 Corsair orders, build dates

For those of you whose car has been built but has not shipped, did you get an email today changing the delivery dates? Here is my status:

Build completed - May 1
Original email with delivery dates - May 17 to May 23
Today's email with delivery dates - May 29 to June 4

The car is still not in shipped status, so there is no way it will be at the dealer in 4 more days. This is really pathetic behavior by Lincoln. What is the point of sending an email with a date they know they cannot deliver? It only further frustrates their customers.
I don't know why the status for some of you appears so far off but mine, once factory restarted, have been fairly consistent. Blend date 5/16, built 5/24, shipped 5/26, projected delivery, confirmed by dealer, 6/8-6/14.

I'm worried that my z-plan number will expire before I get my car- I ordered it in September and it's not scheduled to be built before July

I think that is where the hold up is. I ordered under a discount plan as well, maybe we got put at end of line because of it.

Hi MMcCurdy. If the timing gets too close, simply contact AXZD-Plan Headquarters (or have your sponsor do it), have the current PIN cancelled and have a new one issued.

Keep us updated and good luck.

Hi VJM. Not sure if you were joking or serious. However, just in case you were seriously wondering about that: AXZD-Plan sales are not held or put to the end of the line. As far as scheduling/production/delivery etc., they are handled in the same manner as normal retail sales.

Good luck.

So this morning I received an email from Lincoln saying they are committed to sending me an email every 45 days- basically the same on I received the first week of January and then no more after that. You would think they would have this whole notification thing a little more organized considering it's completely automated.

on the way to dealer, was supposed to arrive may 26, still waitting for news :)
Mine is due on June 16th. Mine is also built on May 17 so I'm hoping it is not affected by the recall you posted (seems to only cover vehicles built up untill May 11th).

Does that mean they have stopped building them too?

No it wouldn't. They must have addressed the issue for the new builds as the recall for the Corsair only includes vehicles built up to May 11th and there has been many others built since then (mine included). If this is the case, the issue will be how do they retrofit a fix. I'm waiting for my dealer to get back to me with an OASIS lookup on my VIN.

Let us know what they tell you. I see you have both a reserve and a GT. Since this effects only 124,739 Ford and Lincoln vehicles over a 3 year period, I am guessing it is only the engine used in the GT. Emphasis on guessing.

Thanks for the quick response. My blend date is today and that was going to be the last straw if production was stopped again. Lol

I have the 2.3 only until my new GT gets here. I did ask the dealer what we need to do for our 22 GT but I haven't heard back yet.

This is the same configuration as I have.
