Usually (if there is anything usual these days) is between 7 and 10 days to built status.

Got some positive news: My '23 GT build date moved up 7 days to May 29th! First encouraging sign in this whole sad saga.

Got both some encouraging & confusing news today. After repeated calls to Lincoln Concierge about why I have no build date for a '23 Corsair GT ordered back in Sept, when the order cycle opened, the Dealer called me. The dealer said they were informed that a GT, that the dealer placed after my order was placed and confirmed, was given a June build date. Everything was exactly the same as my GT except for the interior & exterior colors and the dealer had upgraded to the 20" wheels (I took the standard 19" wheels). Apparently Lincoln told the dealer that they haven't necessarily established build dates on a 1st in first out basis. I asked if it was the wheels or color that made the difference and was told "no, apparently with the delay of parts they (manufacturing) just messed up prioritizing the builds (thats the confusing part). The dealer asked Lincoln if they could substitute my exact build for the one the dealer had ordered and was told "Yes, we can do that". So, apparently my build is now June. They did say I will not hear from Lincoln on production info updates since this was a swap in Production but the dealer will get updates and pass them on. In addition, he said he was going to do "something extra" as he knew we were frustrated twice as we waited so long for this '23 (Sept to June) model and the '22 GT model we started with in Feb 2022 took 11 months and carried into the '23 calendar year and therefore we didn't/wouldn't accept. Hope this all works out!

So taking home tomorrow but stopped by to drop something off. Since this hasn't been shown before. If you happen to live in a lame state (like I do) that requires a front plate, here is what the placement looks like. 20230511_224100.webp

That is a pretty crappy place for it. I wonder if it could be moved down ? Congrats ! Post lots of pics !

We too live in a State requiring front plates. However I've seen more Teslas and Corvettes here without the front plate than with them. I wonder how they handle traffic stops or if they even happen?

Question for anyone buying with AZXD plans: What do you do about dealer add-ons? I've seen many people claim online that dealer add-ons "aren't allowed" with plan pricing, but I don't see any language in the plan rules that actually prohibits them. It just says that add-ons have to be disclosed separately and itemized. My Corsair should be arriving in the next week and I'm hoping they don't try to fleece me for wheel locks/VIN etching/all that nonsense. I know I can refuse to pay for them, but I'm pretty sure they can also just refuse to sell to me. Anybody know the real story?
We’ve been buying on x plan for years, always get any dealer incentives and never buy anything extra. We’ve been very lucky here in Va. dealers always treat us w respect and appreciation.
My Baby has been loaded on train and is enroute due on 5/24. Congrats to those getting theirs 😍

So just got off phone with salesman. Turns out our corsair has been sitting in Orlando depot for about week and half. Waiting on a truck to deliver to dealer.
Guess thats good and bad. He dd say they have several Corsairs sitting there waiting.
There is a national shortage of truck drivers. Ton son job openings but people are not applying from what I have read. The trucking companies are offering sign on bonus checks just to get people in the door.

My Corsair had to sit at the train depot in Southern Virginia for about 2 weeks until a truck was free to deliver. The entire truck was filled with Corsairs headed to Ted Britt Lincoln that day. I was happy to hear that the truck would deliver my car the next day and sure enough that was my magical day go 1/26/22. The Create/Build date was actually 1/6/22 which was the same day I retired! So it took about 20 days to get from the factory to me.

the radar for the adaptive cruise control is just below that (the black square) i dont think you can go lower without impacting the radar.

Maybe just dress it up with a nice chrome or black chrome license plate bracket. Something that matches the grille

After months of frustration and irritation regarding my build, plus my current 21 Corsair has had non-stop issues: the battery, windows, lighting, body alignment, and I had blue screen when backing up the other day. If the Corsair weren't so damn good-looking I would've bought something else. Now my concern is not only, the reliability of the 23 but with the release of the 24 Nautilis will the 24 Corsair get another refresh to look similar making the 23 look outdated?

Somewhere on here was a picture of a Corsair built in China. I think in this thread as a matter of fact

There’s a video of the 23 Corsair for the Asian market on YouTube. It has similarities to the 24 Nautilus with the light bar across the front, but is not extremely different from the US version.

My 2020 Corsair Reserve is coming off lease soon so I went to the dealer and it was just awful. No 2023 cars to show, no color samples, no leather samples, cannot even see colors in other models as they have nothing in stock, no idea when they might get cars, no deals, high interest rates. We were left looking at a big screen with lots of sun glare while the salesperson tried to show us what the car would look like, and the photos from Lincoln were all taken in the dark and you can barely make out any detail. I got a better idea of what the car might look like from my smartphone screen. Why would anyone switch from Lexus or Cadillac to a Corsair under these circumstances? The Lexus and BMW dealers at least had something to show us, even if it was not exactly what we wanted. Ford/Lincoln needs to remove their head from their poop hole and figure out how to effectively sell cars in a supply constrained world.

There it is! Thank you for the picture! I'm guessing if the Nautilis restyling sells well, that will be the new 24 Corsair here. Uggg, what to do, what to do. I really like the new Nautilus but I don't like it being made in China and I don't like purchasing the first year of a drastic refresh. Maybe take delivery of my 23 wait a few years and trade again. 🤣I just love throwing away money 🤣😭

If the Lexus wasn't so ugly it would have been my choice

It is VERY doubtful that the '24 Corsair will have any changes, after the mid-cycle refresh on the 23s.
